【摘要】：大學(xué)生自主創(chuàng)業(yè)近幾年得到國(guó)家和各級(jí)地方政府積極鼓勵(lì)和大力支持,成為用于解決就業(yè)問(wèn)題的重要途徑,更是轉(zhuǎn)變經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)方式的新方法。人才與經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的關(guān)系最為密切,高校作為人才培養(yǎng)的搖籃,創(chuàng)業(yè)教育在本科院校已開(kāi)展多年,創(chuàng)業(yè)實(shí)踐已初有成效,創(chuàng)業(yè)孵化基地建設(shè)已初具規(guī)模,培養(yǎng)的大批創(chuàng)新人才已成為經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的主力軍。而科研能力稍弱的高職院校,創(chuàng)業(yè)教育起步較晚,大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)孵化基地建設(shè)正在進(jìn)一步的探索中。 ZY學(xué)校作為一所地方老牌高職院校,與地方經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展緊密配合,蘇州的創(chuàng)新型經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展與創(chuàng)業(yè)型城市建設(shè)急需大量的創(chuàng)業(yè)型人才服務(wù)地方經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展。ZY學(xué)校正在思考將創(chuàng)業(yè)教育納入人才培養(yǎng)體系,通過(guò)創(chuàng)業(yè)孵化基地的建設(shè)帶動(dòng)創(chuàng)業(yè)型人才的培養(yǎng)。該項(xiàng)目是否必要可行,要在項(xiàng)目建設(shè)之前進(jìn)行項(xiàng)目的可行性研究,通過(guò)對(duì)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行調(diào)查研究及從技術(shù)和經(jīng)濟(jì)方面進(jìn)行全面的、綜合的分析論證,最終做出該項(xiàng)目可行或不可行的決定,它是建設(shè)項(xiàng)目決策和立項(xiàng)的主要依據(jù)。 本論文對(duì)ZY學(xué)校大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)孵化基地建設(shè)的工程概況進(jìn)行了介紹,并分析了項(xiàng)目的必要性,使用了可行性理論對(duì)大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)孵化基地建設(shè)的可行性進(jìn)行了研究。通過(guò)該項(xiàng)目技術(shù)分析、經(jīng)濟(jì)分析和社會(huì)效益分析,得出該項(xiàng)目在這些方面都是可行的。
[Abstract]:In recent years, college students' self-employment has been actively encouraged and strongly supported by the state and local governments at all levels, which has become an important way to solve the employment problem and a new way to change the mode of economic growth. The relationship between talents and economic development is the most close. As the cradle of talent training, entrepreneurship education has been carried out in undergraduate colleges for many years, entrepreneurial practice has been effective, and the construction of incubator base has begun to take shape. A large number of innovative talents have become the main force of economic development. In higher vocational colleges with weak scientific research ability, entrepreneurship education starts late, and the construction of incubating base for college students is further exploring. As an established local vocational college, ZY school is closely coordinated with the development of local economy. The development of innovative economy and the construction of entrepreneurial city in Suzhou urgently need a large number of entrepreneurial talents to serve the local economic development. ZY school is thinking of bringing entrepreneurship education into the talent training system. Through the construction of entrepreneurial incubator base to promote the cultivation of entrepreneurial talents. Whether the project is necessary and feasible, the feasibility study of the project should be carried out before the construction of the project, and through the investigation and study of the project and comprehensive and comprehensive analysis and demonstration from the technical and economic aspects, Finally, it is the main basis for the construction project to make the feasible or unfeasible decision. This paper introduces the general situation of the construction of the entrepreneurial incubating base for students in ZY school, analyzes the necessity of the project, and studies the feasibility of the construction of the incubating base of the university students by using the feasibility theory. Through the technical analysis, economic analysis and social benefit analysis of the project, it is concluded that the project is feasible in these aspects.
