新型城鎮(zhèn)化背景下順德區(qū)職業(yè)教育專業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化研究

【摘要】:隨著我國新型城鎮(zhèn)化全面推進(jìn),職業(yè)教育對“人的城鎮(zhèn)化”促進(jìn)作用被重新認(rèn)識,越來越多學(xué)者研究如何更好通過職業(yè)教育推進(jìn)新型城鎮(zhèn)化。順德職業(yè)教育在實(shí)現(xiàn)助推城鎮(zhèn)化方面做出優(yōu)異貢獻(xiàn)的主要原因是順德職業(yè)教育專業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)與其產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)關(guān)系互動(dòng)良好。在國家要求供給側(cè)改革與創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動(dòng)發(fā)展等新形勢下,順德職業(yè)教育專業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)如何延續(xù)職業(yè)教育專業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)和產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)關(guān)系的良好互動(dòng)并做到“彎道超車”實(shí)現(xiàn)職業(yè)教育專業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)引領(lǐng)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)發(fā)展呢?本文主要采用歷史研究和比較研究的方法對改革開放后順德的不同發(fā)展階段的職業(yè)教育專業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)和產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)相互關(guān)系路線展開研究。通過剖析改革開放后順德職業(yè)教育的發(fā)展特征,總結(jié)歸納政校企三方在促進(jìn)職業(yè)教育發(fā)展上的貢獻(xiàn)。研究發(fā)現(xiàn)不同階段的順德職業(yè)教育專業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)和產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的關(guān)系各有不同:起步階段專業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)落后產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)發(fā)展,加速階段專業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)追趕產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu),高級化階段產(chǎn)業(yè)升級發(fā)展、產(chǎn)業(yè)聚集進(jìn)階發(fā)展等新需求,職業(yè)教育專業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)面臨產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移引起結(jié)構(gòu)變化、創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動(dòng)引起專業(yè)層次提升需求、產(chǎn)業(yè)升級引起專業(yè)匹配變化、聚集進(jìn)階需求引起專業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)變化等困難。依據(jù)順德職業(yè)教育專業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)與產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)關(guān)系的沿革路線,對促進(jìn)順德職業(yè)教育專業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)引領(lǐng)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的發(fā)展提出優(yōu)化建議,包括優(yōu)化驅(qū)動(dòng)力、服從行業(yè)定位、緊扣專業(yè)發(fā)展趨勢等。
[Abstract]:With the comprehensive promotion of new urbanization in China, the role of vocational education in promoting human urbanization has been re-recognized. More and more scholars have studied how to better promote new urbanization through vocational education. The main reason that Shunde vocational education makes outstanding contribution to promoting urbanization is that the professional structure of vocational education in Shunde has a good interaction with its industrial structure. In the new situation of supply-side reform and innovation-driven development, How to continue the good interaction between the professional structure and the industrial structure of vocational education in Shunde, and how to achieve the "detour overtaking" to realize the professional structure of vocational education leading the development of industrial structure? This paper mainly uses the method of historical research and comparative study to study the relationship between professional structure and industrial structure of vocational education in different stages of Shunde's reform and opening up. By analyzing the characteristics of the development of vocational education in Shunde after the reform and opening up, this paper sums up and summarizes the contribution of the three parties of government, school and enterprise in promoting the development of vocational education. It is found that the relationship between the professional structure and the industrial structure of Shunde vocational education is different in different stages: the backward industrial structure development in the initial stage, the catch-up industrial structure in the accelerating stage, the upgrading and development in the advanced stage. With the new demands of industrial agglomeration and advanced development, the professional structure of vocational education is faced with structural changes caused by industrial transfer, the demand of upgrading professional level is caused by innovation drive, and the professional matching change is caused by industrial upgrading. Aggregation of advanced requirements caused by changes in professional structure and other difficulties. According to the evolution of the relationship between professional structure and industrial structure of vocational education in Shunde, the author puts forward some suggestions to promote the development of industrial structure in Shunde vocational education, including optimizing the driving force, serving the orientation of the industry. Closely follow the trend of professional development.
