【摘要】：企業(yè)參與職業(yè)教育辦學(xué)主體的缺失是長期制約我國職業(yè)教育發(fā)展的瓶頸所在。在此背景下,企業(yè)參與職業(yè)教育辦學(xué)相關(guān)的研究逐漸受到關(guān)注和重視。對企業(yè)參與職業(yè)教育辦學(xué)的相關(guān)研究成果進行系統(tǒng)梳理,形成基本共識,并分析其存在的不足,有助于更好地尋找研究的突破口。企業(yè)參與職業(yè)教育辦學(xué)的研究可從四個方面著手:規(guī)范研究方法,對企業(yè)參與職業(yè)教育辦學(xué)進行實證研究;建構(gòu)理論框架,對企業(yè)參與職業(yè)教育辦學(xué)進行理實一體化研究;聚焦研究視角,從企業(yè)本質(zhì)特性出發(fā)對其辦學(xué)進行研究;細化研究內(nèi)容,對企業(yè)參與職業(yè)教育辦學(xué)進行分類研究。
[Abstract]:The absence of enterprises participating in vocational education is the bottleneck that restricts the development of vocational education in China for a long time. In this context, enterprises involved in vocational education school-related research gradually received attention and attention. This paper systematically combs the related research results of enterprises' participation in vocational education, forms a basic consensus, and analyzes its shortcomings, which is helpful to better find a breakthrough in the research. The research on enterprises' participation in vocational education can be carried out from four aspects: standardizing research methods, carrying out empirical research on enterprises' participation in vocational education, constructing theoretical framework, and conducting research on the integration of theory and practice for enterprises' participation in vocational education. Focusing on the perspective of research, starting from the essential characteristics of the enterprise to study the school, and to refine the content of the study, and to study the classification of enterprises participating in vocational education.
