【摘要】：京津冀協(xié)同發(fā)展和長(zhǎng)江經(jīng)濟(jì)帶建設(shè)是當(dāng)前國(guó)內(nèi)區(qū)域發(fā)展的兩大"發(fā)力點(diǎn)"。以地方中等職業(yè)學(xué)校為研究對(duì)象,從總生均教育經(jīng)費(fèi)支出、預(yù)算內(nèi)生均教育經(jīng)費(fèi)支出、生均經(jīng)費(fèi)指數(shù)等指標(biāo)出發(fā),對(duì)京津冀和長(zhǎng)江經(jīng)濟(jì)帶兩大區(qū)域的中等職業(yè)教育生均經(jīng)費(fèi)支出問(wèn)題進(jìn)行分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)需要加強(qiáng)地區(qū)間協(xié)同合作以提高經(jīng)費(fèi)利用率、推動(dòng)與細(xì)化面向本區(qū)域不同專業(yè)大類的生均經(jīng)費(fèi)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的制定、建立中職生均經(jīng)費(fèi)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)動(dòng)態(tài)調(diào)整機(jī)制和穩(wěn)定增長(zhǎng)機(jī)制。
[Abstract]:The coordinated development of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei and the construction of the Yangtze River economic belt are the two main points of regional development in China. Taking the local secondary vocational schools as the research object, starting from the education expenditure of the total students, the education expenditure of the budget, the index of the average expenditure of the students, and so on, Based on the analysis of the average expenditure on secondary vocational education in the two major regions of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei and the Yangtze Economic Belt, it is found that it is necessary to strengthen the cooperation among regions in order to improve the utilization rate of the funds. To promote and refine the formulation of the standard of per student expenditure for different major categories in the region, and to establish a dynamic adjustment mechanism and a stable growth mechanism for the average expenditure standard of secondary vocational school students.
