【摘要】：文章首先對(duì)高職院�；鶎咏虒W(xué)管理現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了分析:"院—系—教研室"三層次組織框架體系保證了教學(xué)運(yùn)行,基層教學(xué)組織活力和創(chuàng)新有待提升。然后提出了加強(qiáng)高職院�；鶎咏虒W(xué)組織建設(shè)的路徑:加強(qiáng)專業(yè)建設(shè)和專業(yè)教學(xué)管理,是落實(shí)好基層教學(xué)組織管理的關(guān)鍵;完善公共課程的教學(xué)組織建設(shè)和教學(xué)管理,是提升人才培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量和促進(jìn)學(xué)校內(nèi)涵建設(shè)的基礎(chǔ);加強(qiáng)基層教學(xué)管理隊(duì)伍建設(shè),是提升教學(xué)管理水平的保障。
[Abstract]:This paper first analyzes the present situation of teaching management at the grass-roots level in higher vocational colleges: the three-level organizational framework system of "Institute, Department and Teaching and Research Office" ensures the teaching operation, and the vitality and innovation of the grass-roots teaching organization need to be improved.Then it puts forward the way to strengthen the construction of grass-roots teaching organization in higher vocational colleges: strengthening the specialty construction and professional teaching management is the key to carrying out the management of grass-roots teaching organization, perfecting the teaching organization construction and teaching management of public courses.It is the basis of improving the quality of talent training and promoting the construction of school connotation, and strengthening the construction of teaching management team at the grass-roots level is the guarantee of improving the level of teaching management.
