【摘要】：正李亞昕在《高教探索》2017年第1期中撰文,通過對企業(yè)參與現(xiàn)代職業(yè)教育動機的已有研究做述評,進而引入企業(yè)資產(chǎn)專用性模型及治理結構類型,分析了規(guī)模經(jīng)濟形態(tài)下企業(yè)參與現(xiàn)代職業(yè)教育治理的結構選擇,最后探討了企業(yè)參與現(xiàn)代職業(yè)教育治理的制度供給路徑。作者以研究主體為切入點,從政府、行業(yè)協(xié)會、院校、學生等視角,對有關企業(yè)參與現(xiàn)代職業(yè)教育動機的已有研究進行了述評。作者認為,已有成果為優(yōu)化和完善現(xiàn)代職業(yè)教育體系提供了多種解決方案,但研究都暗含了同樣的前提假設,即企業(yè)參
[Abstract]:Zheng Li Yaxin wrote in the first term of "Exploration of higher Education" in 2017. By reviewing the existing research on the motivation of enterprises to participate in modern vocational education, Li Yaxin then introduced the enterprise asset specificity model and the types of governance structure.This paper analyzes on the structural choice of enterprises' participation in the governance of modern vocational education under the form of economies of scale, and finally probes into the path of institutional supply for enterprises' participation in the governance of modern vocational education.From the perspective of government, trade association, colleges and students, the author reviews the existing research on the motivation of enterprises to participate in modern vocational education.The author believes that the existing achievements have provided many solutions for optimizing and perfecting the modern vocational education system, but the research has implied the same premise hypothesis, that is, enterprise participation.
