重慶青年職業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)院組織變遷研究

【摘要】:社會(huì)的急劇變遷和經(jīng)濟(jì)的全球擴(kuò)張,對(duì)我國社會(huì)整體狀況帶來非凡的影響,一方面它促使社會(huì)發(fā)展步伐迅速加快,另外也使政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、社會(huì)、文化不斷改革和變遷,呈現(xiàn)新的發(fā)展態(tài)勢(shì)。教育領(lǐng)域也深受這種改革和變遷的影響。 雖然研究對(duì)象重慶青年職業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)院只是眾多高等職業(yè)院校中的一個(gè),但它有著不一樣的組織變遷歷程,主要經(jīng)歷了三大階段:重慶市團(tuán)校(1954年——1986年)、重慶青年管理干部學(xué)院和重慶市團(tuán)校施行‘兩塊牌子、一套班子”的模式(1987年——2006年)、重慶青年職業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)院和重慶市團(tuán)校施行“兩塊牌子、一套班子”的模式(2006年——至今)。唯物辯證法認(rèn)為事物的發(fā)展總是有階段可循的,不同發(fā)展階段因內(nèi)外部環(huán)境的差異、組織結(jié)構(gòu)的變遷、人員的調(diào)度等多方面因素的影響,工作的關(guān)鍵和重點(diǎn)也會(huì)發(fā)生相應(yīng)變化。因而,不同階段開展不同工作,抓住主要矛盾,把握每個(gè)發(fā)展階段的制高點(diǎn),才能使整體工作綱舉目張,順利落實(shí)。只有清晰地將重慶青年職業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)院每個(gè)發(fā)展所處具體歷史階段進(jìn)行正確定位,才能準(zhǔn)確把握每個(gè)階段的主要矛盾,以采取正確行動(dòng),有效實(shí)現(xiàn)重慶青年職業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)院組織的順利變遷,將歷史和現(xiàn)實(shí)有效結(jié)合,達(dá)到變遷發(fā)展的理想效果。 主要研究思路包括以下三個(gè)方面: 首先,從研究學(xué)院歷史入手,了解學(xué)院組織變遷發(fā)展脈絡(luò)。學(xué)院組織并非一成不變,它與社會(huì)發(fā)展、時(shí)代特點(diǎn)、學(xué)生需求、學(xué)院整體目標(biāo)、人才培養(yǎng)模式、育人精神等息息相關(guān),所以它不是無根之木、無源之水。學(xué)院發(fā)展在歷史過程中會(huì)逐漸積淀出適合不同歷史時(shí)期的特定組織模型。因此,直面學(xué)院歷史,探尋其成長歷程,追根溯源,可避免簡單植入和片面否定,從學(xué)院歷史中尋找學(xué)院組織的發(fā)展軌跡,挖掘?qū)W院專屬的組織系統(tǒng)。 其次,采用文獻(xiàn)法、訪談法、觀察法等,從理論和實(shí)踐的角度知曉學(xué)院組織的歷史和現(xiàn)狀,分析兩者的差異性和一致性,探尋學(xué)院組織變遷和形成的主客觀原因。主要通過物質(zhì)層面、行為層面和精神層面三個(gè)方面對(duì)學(xué)院三個(gè)時(shí)期的組織變遷進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)的分析。在調(diào)查和訪談中發(fā)現(xiàn)學(xué)院的組織變遷是順應(yīng)歷史和社會(huì)發(fā)展潮流的,組織建設(shè)收到一定成效,但因?yàn)閷W(xué)院變遷的急劇性和宣傳的不及時(shí)性導(dǎo)致學(xué)院組織建設(shè)還存在較大的局限性化,組織建設(shè)整體性不強(qiáng)、公眾知曉度有待繼續(xù)延伸、學(xué)生對(duì)“兩塊牌子、一套班子”的教學(xué)管理模式不夠清晰、教職工對(duì)自身的職責(zé)定位不恰當(dāng)。可見,學(xué)院組織建設(shè)擁有強(qiáng)大的發(fā)展后勁。 最后,在對(duì)學(xué)院組織變遷進(jìn)行特性分析和原因分析時(shí),綜合研究學(xué)院組織系統(tǒng)變遷的三大層面,有針對(duì)性地對(duì)重慶青年職業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)院的組織建設(shè)建言獻(xiàn)策,借鑒學(xué)院變遷過程中組織建設(shè)的成功經(jīng)驗(yàn),協(xié)調(diào)學(xué)院各個(gè)層面的關(guān)系,切實(shí)促進(jìn)學(xué)院的建設(shè)和發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:The rapid changes in society and the global expansion of the economy have had an extraordinary impact on the overall social situation of our country. On the one hand, it has accelerated the pace of social development, on the other hand, it has also made political, economic, social and cultural reforms and changes.Present new development trend.The field of education is also affected by such reforms and changes.Although Chongqing Youth Vocational and Technical College is only one of many higher vocational colleges, it has a different course of organizational change.There are three major stages: Chongqing League School (1954-1986), Chongqing Youth Management cadre College and Chongqing League School.The model of "one group" (1987-2006), Chongqing Youth Vocational and Technical College and Chongqing League School implemented the "two brands, one set of team" model (2006-present).Materialist dialectics holds that there is always a stage to follow in the development of things. Due to the difference of internal and external environment, the change of organizational structure, and the influence of many factors, such as personnel scheduling, the key and emphases of the work will change accordingly.Therefore, only by carrying out different work in different stages, grasping the principal contradiction and grasping the commanding height of each stage of development can the whole work be carried out smoothly.Only by clearly positioning each specific historical stage of the development of Chongqing Youth Vocational and Technical College, can we accurately grasp the principal contradictions in each stage and take correct action.To realize the smooth change of the organization of Chongqing Youth Vocational and Technical College, and to combine history with reality effectively, to achieve the ideal effect of change and development.The main research ideas include the following three aspects:First of all, from the study of the history of the college, to understand the evolution of the school's organizational development.College organization is not fixed, it is closely related to social development, characteristics of the times, students' needs, the overall objectives of the college, talent training model, education spirit, so it is not rootless wood, no source of water.In the course of history, the development of the college will gradually accumulate specific organizational models suitable for different historical periods.Therefore, facing up to the history of the college, exploring its growth course and tracing back to the source, we can avoid simple implantation and one-sided negation, look for the development track of the college organization from the history of the college, and excavate the exclusive organizational system of the college.Secondly, using the methods of literature, interview and observation, we know the history and present situation of the college organization from the angle of theory and practice, analyze the difference and consistency between them, and explore the subjective and objective reasons for the change and formation of the college organization.Mainly through the material level, the behavior level and the spiritual level three aspects carries on the systematic analysis to the college three periods organization vicissitude.In the investigation and interview, it is found that the organizational changes of the college conform to the trend of historical and social development, and the organizational construction has achieved certain results.However, because of the sharp changes of the college and the untimely publicity, there are still some limitations in the organizational construction of the college, the integrity of the organizational construction is not strong, the degree of public awareness needs to continue to be extended.The teaching management mode of a group is not clear enough, and the teaching staff's duty orientation is not appropriate.Obviously, the college organization construction has the formidable development afterpower.Finally, in the analysis of the characteristics and causes of the organizational changes of the college, the author makes a comprehensive study of the three aspects of the changes of the organizational system of the college, and makes suggestions to the organizational construction of Chongqing Youth Vocational and Technical College.Drawing lessons from the successful experience of organizational construction in the course of college change, coordinating the relationship between different levels of the college and promoting the construction and development of the college.
