【摘要】：現(xiàn)代職業(yè)教育體系建設(shè)是一項(xiàng)系統(tǒng)工程。文章以江蘇省中高職與本科銜接試點(diǎn)項(xiàng)目為例,基于學(xué)校發(fā)展的視角,總結(jié)了該教育模式所取得的實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn),并針對出現(xiàn)的問題提出了相應(yīng)的策略建議:專業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)要以應(yīng)用為本,凸顯職業(yè)性;妥善處理"分段"與"銜接"之間的教學(xué)管理矛盾;保證專業(yè)課程內(nèi)容的內(nèi)部完整性與外部協(xié)調(diào)性;構(gòu)建同一專業(yè)一體化的選拔、考核體系。
[Abstract]:The construction of modern vocational education system is a systematic project.Taking the pilot project of linking middle and higher vocational colleges and undergraduate courses in Jiangsu Province as an example, based on the perspective of school development, this paper summarizes the practical experience gained by the educational model.It also puts forward the corresponding suggestions for the problems: the training of professional talents should be based on the application, the professional nature should be highlighted, the contradiction of teaching management between the "segment" and "convergence" should be properly handled, and the training of professional talents should be based on the application.To ensure the internal integrity and external coordination of the professional curriculum content, and to build an integrated selection and assessment system of the same major.
