中等職業(yè)學校教師社會支持與職業(yè)倦怠關系的實證研究

【摘要】:職業(yè)教育是我國國民教育體系中不可缺少的組成部分,而中等職業(yè)教育又是職業(yè)教育最重要的部分,承擔著為國家和社會培養(yǎng)數(shù)以億計的技術人才的任務。中等職業(yè)學校教師的服務質量是影響中等職業(yè)教育質量的核心因素。近年來,隨著我國中等職業(yè)教育的快速發(fā)展,中等職業(yè)學校教師作為一個不斷壯大的專業(yè)群體,他們的工作狀況越來越受到社會的廣泛關注,尤其是教師的職業(yè)倦怠情況引起了很多人的注意。教師職業(yè)倦怠是教師積極教學的障礙,影響教師教學的效果,培養(yǎng)學生的質量乃至整個教育的質量。在關于教師職業(yè)倦怠影響因素的探討中,人們多從教師本身的素質、學生的素質以及教師的工作環(huán)境和待遇等方面進行分析,而關于社會支持與教師職業(yè)倦怠關系的研究不是很多,所以,本論文以此為主題進行研究,了解中等職業(yè)學校教師的職業(yè)倦怠與社會支持之間的關系,以更好地解決中等職業(yè)學校教師職業(yè)倦怠問題,以提高教師的服務質量。 在研究中,主要運用文獻法對現(xiàn)有的相關研究文獻進行了梳理,并采用實證研究的方法,選取陜西省西安市13所中等職業(yè)學校的364名教師作為研究對象,分別使用問卷調(diào)查法和半結構式訪談法搜集中等職業(yè)學校教師社會支持和職業(yè)倦怠的相關數(shù)據(jù),并采用SPSS統(tǒng)計軟件對所得數(shù)據(jù)進行T檢驗、方差分析、相關和回歸研究,得出關于研究的基本結論。本論文主要包括以下內(nèi)容: 首先,第一章交代了問題的提出和本研究的理論和現(xiàn)實意義,并通過對已有研究文獻的搜集和梳理,提出本研究的研究思路和內(nèi)容,并且客觀的分析了本研究可能有的創(chuàng)新和不足之處。 接下來,第二章是研究設計部分,研究設計是本研究最重要要的一環(huán),交待本研究的方方面面,包括本研究的研究目的、研究假設、研究工具和研究對象。 然后,在第三章中,把根據(jù)研究設計的思路和路線對研究對象進行施測所得的研究結果進行描述:第一,中等職業(yè)學校教師的社會支持狀況一般,其不同維度在人口學變量上表現(xiàn)不同。主要表現(xiàn)為:(1)男性教師和女性教師相比較,在主觀支持、客觀支持與社會支持總分三個方面,前者要顯著低于后者。(2)在主觀支持維度上,未婚教師得分要顯著低于已婚教師。(3)隨著年齡、教齡、學歷和職稱的逐漸增長,中等職業(yè)學校教師主觀支持和客觀支持水平顯著提升。第二目前中等職業(yè)學校教師的職業(yè)倦怠的現(xiàn)狀堪憂,其內(nèi)部不同維度在人口學變量上表現(xiàn)不同,主要表現(xiàn)為:(1)在去個性化維度上,男性教師與女性教師相比較其程度更加嚴重。(2)未婚教師的職業(yè)倦怠的程度要顯著高于已婚教師。(3)年輕教師的職業(yè)倦怠程度與中年教師相比較更加嚴重。(4)研究生學歷的中等職業(yè)學校教師其職業(yè)倦怠最嚴重,其次是大專及以下學歷的中等職業(yè)學校教師。第三,中等職業(yè)學校教師社會支持水平與職業(yè)倦怠呈現(xiàn)顯著的負相關。從社會支持以及其內(nèi)部各個維度對教師職業(yè)倦怠的反向解釋率可以看出,社會支持總水平的影響度最高;內(nèi)部維度中,主觀支持的反向影響度最高,對于緩解職業(yè)倦怠的作用最大;然后其影響程度依次是客觀支持和對支持的利用度。 最后,第四章和第五章分別對以上研究結果進行分析和討論,并且在得出的基本結論的基礎上,為緩解中等職業(yè)學校教師職業(yè)倦怠提出相應的建議,為社會、學校、個人三個方面提供了一定的可操作的措施,以期達到提高中等職業(yè)學校教師社會支持度,緩解其職業(yè)倦怠的目的,為中等職業(yè)學校的良性發(fā)展提供良好的師資資源,促進中等職業(yè)教育協(xié)調(diào)可持續(xù)發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Occupation education is an indispensable part of our national education system, and the secondary occupation education is the most important part of occupation education, undertakes the task of cultivating millions of technical personnel for the state and society task. Middle school teachers occupation service quality is the core factor in the occupation education quality. In recent years, with the rapid the development of secondary occupation education in our country, the medium occupation school teachers as a growing professional groups, their working conditions are getting more and more attention of the society, especially the occupation burnout of teachers has attracted the attention of many people. The teacher occupation burnout is an obstacle of teachers' active teaching, which affects the effects of teaching, training the quality of students' quality and the whole education. In the discussion on Teachers Occupation Burnout factors, many people from the teacher's quality, students In terms of quality and the teachers' working conditions and treatment are analyzed, and the research on social support and teachers occupation burnout is not many, therefore, this paper on the subject of research, understand the relationship between occupation burnout and social support of middle school teachers' occupation, in order to better solve the problem of secondary vocational schools teacher occupation burnout. In order to improve the teachers' quality of service.
In the study, the main use of the literature method to analyze the existing relevant research literature, and using the method of empirical research, selected the Shaanxi province Xi'an city 13 secondary occupation school 364 teachers as the research object, the relevant data were used questionnaire survey and semi-structured interviews collected on the occupation school teachers' social support and the occupation burnout, and using SPSS statistical software for data T test, analysis of variance, correlation and regression analysis, draws the basic conclusions of the study. This paper mainly includes the following contents:
First, the first chapter gives the presentation of the problem and the theoretical and practical significance of the research. By collecting and sorting out the existing research literature, we put forward the research ideas and contents of this research, and objectively analyzed the possible innovations and shortcomings of this research.
Next, the second chapter is the research and design part. Research design is the most important part of this research. It covers all aspects of the study, including the purpose, hypothesis, tools and objects of the study.
Then, in the third chapter, the description of the research object to measure income according to the research design and route: first, the medium occupation school teachers' social support status, the different dimensions of performance in the different demographic variables. The main performance is: (1) male teachers and female teachers compared and in the subjective support, objective support and total score of social support in three aspects, the former was significantly lower than the latter. (2) in the subjective social support, unmarried teachers scored significantly lower than married teachers. (3) with age, seniority, increasing qualifications and titles of teachers in secondary occupation school, subjective and objective support level second. The present situation significantly improve the medium occupation school teachers occupation burnout and its internal dimensions in different demographic variables, mainly as follows: (1) in depersonalization, The male teacher and female teacher compared the degree is more serious. (2) unmarried teachers occupation burnout degree is obviously higher than married teachers. (3) the degree of occupation burnout of young teachers and middle-aged teachers is more serious. (4) graduate secondary school teachers occupation occupation burnout the most serious, followed by college degree and below secondary occupation school teachers. Third, there was significant negative correlation between the medium occupation school teachers' social support level and occupation burnout. From the interpretation of social support and reverse its various internal dimensions of teachers occupation burnout and social support rate can be seen, the total level is the highest degree; internal dimensions, subjective support reverse the highest degree of influence, the biggest role for alleviating the occupation burnout; then the degree is the objective support and the utilization of support.
Finally, the fourth chapter and the fifth chapter on the above research results are analyzed and discussed, and based on the basic conclusion on the ease put forward the corresponding suggestion, secondary vocational schools teacher occupation burnout for society, school, individual three aspects provide some operable measures, in order to improve the medium occupation the school teachers' social support, alleviate the occupation burnout, provide good teachers resources for the benign development of secondary occupation school, secondary occupation education to promote the balanced and sustainable development.
