【摘要】：創(chuàng)客教育所強調(diào)的探索、創(chuàng)造和樂學(xué)的教育理念與教育供給側(cè)改革的發(fā)展要求相契合。從職業(yè)教育"供給側(cè)"改革角度出發(fā),以創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)發(fā)展為要求,深入分析學(xué)科建設(shè)、人才培養(yǎng)模式和成果轉(zhuǎn)化產(chǎn)學(xué)對接的發(fā)展格局與實施難于適應(yīng)新形勢新要求的基礎(chǔ)上,探索以創(chuàng)客教育推進(jìn)智能制造的產(chǎn)教融合以促進(jìn)職業(yè)教育的供給側(cè)改革的新路徑。提出通過創(chuàng)客空間的構(gòu)建和導(dǎo)師隊伍的建設(shè),營造創(chuàng)新人才培養(yǎng)的教育環(huán)境;開展產(chǎn)教融合的教學(xué)模式改革和創(chuàng)客文化工程的實施,為技能型人才的成長提供培育環(huán)境,其實施路徑為創(chuàng)客教育在職業(yè)教育中的開展和推行可提供參考。
[Abstract]:The educational concept of creative and music education is in line with the development requirements of education supply-side reform.From the point of view of "supply-side" reform of vocational education, it is difficult to adapt the new situation and new requirements to the development pattern and implementation of "supply side" reform of vocational education, on the basis of deeply analyzing the development pattern and implementation of subject construction, talent training mode and achievements transformation, which are difficult to adapt to the new situation and new requirements.To explore a new way to promote the integration of production and education in intelligent manufacturing to promote the supply-side reform of vocational education.It is proposed that the educational environment for the cultivation of innovative talents should be created through the construction of creating guest space and the construction of tutor team, and the reform of teaching mode of integration of industry and education and the implementation of the project of creating guest culture should be carried out to provide the cultivation environment for the growth of skilled talents.Its implementation path can provide reference for the development and implementation of creative-guest education in vocational education.
