【摘要】：厘清行業(yè)性高職院校的自身特點(diǎn),是研究其培養(yǎng)學(xué)生就業(yè)能力對(duì)策的前提。運(yùn)用類型學(xué)的方法,分析得出行業(yè)性高職院校在學(xué)校名稱、隸屬關(guān)系、專業(yè)設(shè)置等方面的外在特點(diǎn),以及在院校組織、內(nèi)外資源、理念文化等方面的內(nèi)在特點(diǎn),并總結(jié)出其在培養(yǎng)學(xué)生就業(yè)能力方面的特有影響。
[Abstract]:To clarify the characteristics of vocational colleges is the premise to study the countermeasures of cultivating students'employment ability.By using the typology method, this paper analyzes the external characteristics of the professional higher vocational colleges in the aspects of school name, subordinate relationship, specialty setting, and the inherent characteristics in the aspects of college organization, internal and external resources, concept and culture, etc.And summed up its unique impact on the cultivation of students'employability.
