生本教育理念下的職業(yè)院校學(xué)生管理研究

【摘要】:隨著現(xiàn)代社會的多元發(fā)展和人們價值觀念的不斷變化,傳統(tǒng)的學(xué)生管理模式已不適用于新時期學(xué)生發(fā)展的需要。社會的多元化和人們價值觀念的呼喚新的管理模式。在這樣一種背景下,以學(xué)生為本的教育管理理念應(yīng)運(yùn)而生。生本教育理念的核心思想是,教育要突顯學(xué)生的主體地位,從學(xué)生的發(fā)展需要出發(fā),讓學(xué)生的個性得以張揚(yáng),身心得以主動、全面、可持續(xù)的發(fā)展。 生本管理是與師本管理相對的,但二者有本質(zhì)區(qū)別。首先是二者的管理理念不同。生本管理強(qiáng)調(diào)平等對話,強(qiáng)調(diào)教師與學(xué)生的互動性,教師給予引導(dǎo),倡導(dǎo)學(xué)生自我管理、自我約束,培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的自制能力,教育呈現(xiàn)的方式是學(xué)生在教師的引導(dǎo)下,以學(xué)生的自主活動為主,師本管理則是以教師為中心,突出教師的管理地位;其次,二者的管理主體不同。生本管理強(qiáng)調(diào)管理主體的多元化,教師只是管理主體之一,學(xué)生既是管理對象,也是重要的管理主體。師本管理強(qiáng)調(diào)教師的主體地位,教師是高高在上的權(quán)威者,他們代表著最高“統(tǒng)治者”在向?qū)W生發(fā)號施令;再次,二者的管理目的不同。師本管理強(qiáng)調(diào)教師職能與學(xué)生本性的對立,使得雙方形成主導(dǎo)與被牽制、領(lǐng)導(dǎo)與被領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的基本關(guān)系;生本管理強(qiáng)調(diào)對學(xué)生自主自立、積極主動、精神獨(dú)立的尊重和肯定,強(qiáng)調(diào)教師職能和學(xué)生本性兩者的統(tǒng)一;再者,二者的管理方式不同。師本管理是一種類似細(xì)密的企業(yè)管理,教師與學(xué)生缺少自主空間;生本管理主要以學(xué)生自我管理為主,強(qiáng)調(diào)寬松與嚴(yán)格的結(jié)合,注重教者和學(xué)者的自主空間和活動余地。 生本教育理念下職業(yè)院校的學(xué)生管理策略是:首先,應(yīng)該樹立柔性管理理念;其次,強(qiáng)化學(xué)生自我管理;再次,加強(qiáng)校園文化建設(shè);最后,提高管理隊伍素質(zhì)。
[Abstract]:With the pluralistic development of modern society and the constant change of people's values, the traditional student management mode is no longer suitable for the needs of the students' development in the new period.Social pluralism and people's values call for a new management model.In such a background, the student-based educational management concept emerged as the times require.The core idea of the concept of student-oriented education is that education should highlight the main position of students, proceed from the needs of students' development, make students' personality public, body and mind can take the initiative, and develop in an all-round and sustainable way.Student-based management is relative to teacher-based management, but there are essential differences between them.First of all, the two management concepts are different.The student-oriented management emphasizes the equal dialogue, the interaction between teachers and students, the guidance of teachers, the advocacy of students' self-management, self-restraint, and the cultivation of students' self-control ability. The way of education is that students are guided by teachers.Based on students' independent activities, teacher-oriented management is teacher-centered, highlighting the management position of teachers; secondly, the management subjects of the two are different.The student-based management emphasizes the diversification of the management subject, and the teacher is only one of the management subjects, and the student is not only the object of management, but also the important subject of management.The teacher-oriented management emphasizes the teacher's main position, and the teacher is the authority who is above the top. They represent the supreme "ruler" to give orders to the students; thirdly, the two management purposes are different.The teacher-oriented management emphasizes the opposition between teachers' functions and students' nature, which makes the two sides form the basic relationship of leading and being restrained, leading and being led, while the student-oriented management emphasizes the respect and affirmation of students' independence, initiative and spiritual independence.It emphasizes the unity of teacher's function and student's nature, and their management mode is different.The teacher-oriented management is a kind of close enterprise management, teachers and students lack independent space, student-oriented management is mainly based on students' self-management, emphasizing the combination of loose and strict, and paying attention to the independent space and the room for action of teachers and scholars.The strategies of student management in vocational colleges are as follows: first, we should set up flexible management concept; secondly, we should strengthen students' self-management; thirdly, strengthen the construction of campus culture; finally, improve the quality of the management team.
