【摘要】：高等職業(yè)教育投資的收益既包括顯性的貨幣收益,也包括"個(gè)體、家庭和社會(huì)"等方面的非貨幣收益。其非貨幣收益既有教育非貨幣收益的異質(zhì)性、潛在性和過程性等共性特點(diǎn),與中等職業(yè)教育相比較,具有"層次更深、影響更久、范圍更廣"等個(gè)性特點(diǎn);與高等教育相比較,又具有"實(shí)用性更強(qiáng)、成效性更快、人文性略弱"等個(gè)性特點(diǎn)。不僅如此,高等職業(yè)教育的貨幣收益與非貨幣收益之間是緊密聯(lián)系并相互轉(zhuǎn)化的。
[Abstract]:The return of investment in higher vocational education includes not only explicit monetary income, but also non-monetary income of individual, family and society.Compared with secondary vocational education, it has the characteristics of "deeper level, longer influence and wider scope", and compared with higher education, its non-monetary income has the common characteristics of heterogeneity, potentiality and process, and so on, compared with higher education, it has the characteristics of "deeper level, longer influence and wider scope".Also has the "practicality stronger, the effect is faster, the humanity is slightly weak" and so on individuality characteristic.Moreover, the monetary and non-monetary returns of higher vocational education are closely linked and transformed.
