【摘要】：實(shí)行職業(yè)院校專業(yè)設(shè)置備案制是現(xiàn)代職業(yè)教育體系構(gòu)建的重要內(nèi)容,是政府進(jìn)一步轉(zhuǎn)變管理職能、擴(kuò)大職業(yè)院校辦學(xué)自主權(quán)的切實(shí)步驟和重要表現(xiàn)。備案制背景下,必須通過(guò)健全制度保障機(jī)制,規(guī)范專業(yè)設(shè)置管理;構(gòu)建內(nèi)外結(jié)合的評(píng)估機(jī)制,加強(qiáng)專業(yè)質(zhì)量過(guò)程監(jiān)控;實(shí)施專業(yè)設(shè)置動(dòng)態(tài)調(diào)整機(jī)制,確保專業(yè)發(fā)展活力等有效策略加強(qiáng)對(duì)職業(yè)院校專業(yè)質(zhì)量的監(jiān)控,落實(shí)職業(yè)院校專業(yè)教學(xué)質(zhì)量保障過(guò)程中政府的宏觀調(diào)控、院校的自主自律和社會(huì)的有效監(jiān)督。
[Abstract]:It is an important content of the construction of modern vocational education system to carry out the record system of specialty establishment in vocational colleges and universities. It is also a practical step and an important manifestation for the government to further change the management function and expand the autonomy of running a school in vocational colleges and universities.Under the background of filing system, we must standardize the management of specialty setting through perfecting the system guarantee mechanism, construct the evaluation mechanism of combination of internal and external, strengthen the monitoring of professional quality process, implement the dynamic adjustment mechanism of professional setting,To ensure the vitality of professional development and other effective strategies to strengthen the professional quality of vocational colleges and universities to monitor the quality of professional education, the implementation of professional teaching quality assurance process of the government macro-control, colleges and universities of self-discipline and effective supervision of society.
