【摘要】：教師發(fā)展中心建設是高等職業(yè)院校促進教師專業(yè)化發(fā)展、從"勝任"走向"專業(yè)"的重要舉措。促進每一位教師專業(yè)化發(fā)展是高職院校教師發(fā)展中心建設的基本目標,開展具有校本特征和職教特色的在職教師教育是高職院校教師發(fā)展中心建設的基本特征。高等職業(yè)院校教師發(fā)展中心有效促進教師專業(yè)化發(fā)展的舉措包括:成立"校內教育學院"和"廠中教師學校",成立名師工作室、開設專家門診,建立全體教師專業(yè)發(fā)展檔案并使其成為教師發(fā)展的資源,建設、利用各種學術數(shù)據(jù)庫、網(wǎng)絡學習資源平臺以及組建研究力量,捕捉高職院校教師發(fā)展中的個性和共性問題等。
[Abstract]:The construction of teacher development center is an important measure to promote the professional development of teachers in higher vocational colleges and universities, from "competent" to "professional".To promote the professional development of each teacher is the basic goal of the construction of teacher development center in higher vocational colleges, and to carry out in-service teacher education with the characteristics of school-based and vocational education is the basic characteristic of the construction of teacher development center in higher vocational colleges.The measures taken by the teacher Development Center of higher Vocational Colleges to effectively promote the professional development of teachers include the establishment of the Indoor Institute of Education and the School of Teachers in factories, the establishment of renowned teacher studios and the opening of specialist outpatient clinics.To establish the professional development archives of all teachers and make them become the resources for the development of teachers, to construct and utilize various academic databases, network learning resource platforms and to set up research forces, to capture the individuality and common problems in the development of teachers in higher vocational colleges and universities, and so on.
