高職院校青年教師教學(xué)能力提升機(jī)制探析

【摘要】:文章闡述了國內(nèi)外關(guān)于教學(xué)能力的有關(guān)研究,并在理論研究和調(diào)研分析的基礎(chǔ)上提出了高職院校青年教師教學(xué)能力架構(gòu)體系,認(rèn)為教學(xué)能力是由個體基本能力、基礎(chǔ)教學(xué)能力、核心教學(xué)能力和拓展教學(xué)能力構(gòu)成的有機(jī)整體,進(jìn)而指出高職院校在青年教師教學(xué)能力提升方面存在的問題,如培訓(xùn)方式和內(nèi)容缺乏針對性,培訓(xùn)制度的落實力度不夠,針對青年教師的激勵不足,教學(xué)能力評價體系不健全。最后,積極構(gòu)建了高職院校青年教師教學(xué)能力"三段四化—雙向提升"機(jī)制,以期為高職院校青年教師教學(xué)能力的提升探索新途徑。
[Abstract]:Based on the theoretical research and investigation and analysis, the author puts forward the structure system of the teaching ability of young teachers in higher vocational colleges. The author thinks that the teaching ability is made up of individual basic ability and basic teaching ability.The organic whole of core teaching ability and expanding teaching ability is pointed out, and the problems in improving the teaching ability of young teachers in higher vocational colleges are pointed out, such as the lack of pertinence of training methods and contents, and the insufficient implementation of training system.The evaluation system of teaching ability is not perfect in view of the lack of encouragement of young teachers.Finally, the author actively constructs the mechanism of "three stages, four modernizations and two way promotion" in the teaching ability of young teachers in higher vocational colleges, in order to explore new ways to improve the teaching ability of young teachers in higher vocational colleges.
