輔導(dǎo)員對(duì)五年制高職新生實(shí)施入學(xué)教育的研究

【摘要】:五年制高職新生經(jīng)歷著從普通教育到職業(yè)教育的轉(zhuǎn)變,入學(xué)教育的成功與否關(guān)系著新生在今后的高職學(xué)習(xí)和生活能否順利進(jìn)行,這個(gè)過(guò)渡期對(duì)新生來(lái)講非常重要。所以,無(wú)論從高職院校的層面還是從輔導(dǎo)員的角度,都要把入學(xué)教育放在一個(gè)非常重要的位置。然而,現(xiàn)實(shí)情況卻恰好相反,高職院校對(duì)新生尤其是五年制高職新生的入學(xué)教育程度還遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)不夠,這就導(dǎo)致了許多新生出現(xiàn)入學(xué)適應(yīng)不良的問(wèn)題。輔導(dǎo)員作為學(xué)生管理的主體,作為新生最為信賴(lài)的老師,具有實(shí)施入學(xué)教育無(wú)可比擬的優(yōu)越性,他們理應(yīng)承擔(dān)起實(shí)施入學(xué)教育的重要任務(wù)。 本文針對(duì)目前五年制高職新生的特點(diǎn),分析了對(duì)其實(shí)施入學(xué)教育的必要性,以及輔導(dǎo)員實(shí)施入學(xué)教育的優(yōu)越性,并從輔導(dǎo)員自身及學(xué)校層面為提高輔導(dǎo)員實(shí)施入學(xué)教育的能力提出了一些有效地措施和建議。論文主體分為以下五個(gè)部分: 第一部分對(duì)入學(xué)教育的內(nèi)涵進(jìn)行闡述,并基于學(xué)生入學(xué)適應(yīng)性不良的現(xiàn)實(shí)情況和實(shí)施入學(xué)教育的實(shí)際意義兩個(gè)方面分析了輔導(dǎo)員對(duì)五年制高職新生實(shí)施入學(xué)教育的必要性。 第二部分從五年制高職院校入學(xué)教育的內(nèi)容、教育方式、入學(xué)教育的實(shí)施主體及對(duì)入學(xué)教育的重視程度幾個(gè)方面對(duì)五年制高職新生入學(xué)教育現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析,通過(guò)分析指出了目前對(duì)五年制高職新生的入學(xué)教育不能滿(mǎn)足新生適應(yīng)新的學(xué)習(xí)及生活環(huán)境的要求。 第三部分從輔導(dǎo)員工作性質(zhì)和工作職責(zé)等方面闡述輔導(dǎo)員在五年制高職新生入學(xué)教育中的作用及體現(xiàn),同時(shí)指出輔導(dǎo)員實(shí)施入學(xué)教育過(guò)程中存在的不足,,為指出提升輔導(dǎo)員教育能力提供了有力的依據(jù)。 第四部分提出輔導(dǎo)員在對(duì)五年制高職新生實(shí)施入學(xué)教育中的指導(dǎo)思想:以生為本的指導(dǎo)思想和輔導(dǎo)員主導(dǎo),學(xué)生主體的實(shí)施原則。在這些指導(dǎo)思想的指導(dǎo)下,依據(jù)入學(xué)教育的實(shí)施要求,提升新生對(duì)高職學(xué)習(xí)及生活的適應(yīng)能力。 第五部分指出輔導(dǎo)員對(duì)五年制高職新生實(shí)施入學(xué)教育所必須具備的素質(zhì)和能力,闡述提升輔導(dǎo)員對(duì)五年制高職新生實(shí)施入學(xué)教育能力的具體對(duì)策。
[Abstract]:The five-year higher vocational freshmen are undergoing the transition from general education to vocational education. The success of entrance education relates to the success of freshmen's study and life in higher vocational education in the future. This transition period is very important to the freshmen.Therefore, whether from the level of higher vocational colleges or from the perspective of counselors, we should put the entrance education in a very important position.However, the reality is just the opposite, higher vocational colleges are far from enough for the freshmen, especially the five-year students, which leads to the problem that many freshmen are ill-adapted to the entrance.As the main body of student management and the most trusted teacher of freshmen, counselors have unparalleled superiority in carrying out entrance education, and they should undertake the important task of carrying out entrance education.According to the characteristics of the current five-year higher vocational freshmen, this paper analyzes the necessity of carrying out the entrance education and the superiority of the counselors in carrying out the entrance education.Some effective measures and suggestions are put forward to improve the ability of counselors to carry out entrance education from the aspects of counselors themselves and schools.The main body of the thesis is divided into the following five parts:In the first part, the connotation of entrance education is expounded, and the necessity for counselors to carry out entrance education for five-year higher vocational freshmen is analyzed based on the actual situation of students' poor adaptability to admission and the practical significance of implementing entrance education.The second part analyzes the current situation of enrollment education in five-year higher vocational colleges from the aspects of the content, the way of education, the main body of the entrance education and the degree of attention to the entrance education.Through the analysis, it is pointed out that the current entrance education for the five-year higher vocational freshmen can not meet the requirements of the freshmen to adapt to the new learning and living environment.The third part expounds the role and embodiment of counselors in the enrollment education of freshmen in five-year higher vocational colleges from the aspects of the nature and duty of counselors' work, and points out the shortcomings of the counselors in the process of implementing entrance education.It provides an effective basis for improving the educational ability of counselors.The fourth part puts forward the guiding ideology of counselors in the implementation of enrollment education for five-year vocational freshmen: the student-oriented guiding ideology and the guidance of counselors, and the implementation principles of students' main body.Under the guidance of these guiding thoughts, according to the implementation requirements of entrance education, the new students' adaptability to higher vocational learning and life can be improved.The fifth part points out the quality and ability that counselors must possess in carrying out the entrance education to the freshmen of five-year higher vocational colleges, and expounds the concrete countermeasures to enhance the counselors' ability to implement the entrance education to the freshmen of five-year higher vocational colleges.
