中高職貫通師資共享問題及對(duì)策研究

【摘要】:中高職貫通人才培養(yǎng)是系統(tǒng)培養(yǎng)高素質(zhì)技術(shù)技能型人才的一種基本模式,有利于提高合作培養(yǎng)人才的成效,促進(jìn)中高職教育的協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展。在目前已經(jīng)開展試點(diǎn)的學(xué)校,中高職貫通人才培養(yǎng)對(duì)師資共享有著迫切的需要,但也面臨障礙,直接影響一體化的教學(xué)過程,影響教學(xué)效果和人才培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量。通過對(duì)18個(gè)中高職貫通專業(yè)建設(shè)教學(xué)設(shè)計(jì)方案、部分中高職貫通專業(yè)訪談和問卷調(diào)研資料,找出存在的問題,并用誘導(dǎo)性制度變遷理論和科層制理論分析問題成因,在此基礎(chǔ)提出改進(jìn)建議。全文由七部分組成。第一部分闡述問題的提出、研究的意義、文獻(xiàn)綜述和研究思路與方法;第二部分指出本論文研究的理論基礎(chǔ),并對(duì)核心概念作出界定;第三部分對(duì)中高職貫通師資共享進(jìn)行需求分析;第四部分通過對(duì)中高職貫通專業(yè)建設(shè)教學(xué)設(shè)計(jì)方案和訪談問卷調(diào)研材料的整理,從對(duì)師資共享態(tài)度和師資共享的實(shí)踐情況兩個(gè)方面總結(jié)中高職院校師資共享的現(xiàn)狀;第五部分分析中高職院校師資共享的現(xiàn)存問題,并探究其原因;最后一部分在前五章節(jié)研究的基礎(chǔ)上,就如何促進(jìn)中高職院校師資共享提出合理可行的建議。
[Abstract]:It is a basic mode to train high quality technical and technical talents systematically, which is helpful to improve the effect of cooperation in training talents and to promote the coordinated development of middle and higher vocational education.At present, there is an urgent need for teachers to share talents in middle and higher vocational schools, which directly affects the integrated teaching process, the teaching effect and the quality of talent training.Based on the teaching design scheme of 18 middle and higher vocational schools, interview and questionnaire investigation of some of them, the existing problems are found out, and the causes of the problems are analyzed with the theory of inductive institutional change and the theory of stratification.Suggestions for improvement are put forward on this basis.The full text consists of seven parts.The first part describes the question, the significance of the study, literature review and research ideas and methods, the second part points out the theoretical basis of this paper, and defines the core concepts.In the third part, the author analyzes the needs of teachers sharing in middle and higher vocational colleges, the fourth part, through the arrangement of teaching design plan and interview questionnaire,This paper summarizes the present situation of teacher sharing in higher vocational colleges from two aspects: the attitude of teachers sharing and the practice of teachers sharing. The fifth part analyzes the existing problems of teachers sharing in higher vocational colleges and probes into the reasons for them.On the basis of the first five chapters, the last part puts forward some reasonable and feasible suggestions on how to promote teachers' sharing in vocational colleges.
