【摘要】：基層醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生工作是我國公共衛(wèi)生事業(yè)的重要組成部分,護理人員作為醫(yī)學衛(wèi)生人才中的一部分,也是基層衛(wèi)生事業(yè)發(fā)展的中堅力量。隨著我國社會經濟的發(fā)展,人民群眾對健康、對衛(wèi)生服務要求越來越高,社會對護理人才的數量、質量及結構都提出了更高的要求。目前,我國的基層地區(qū)的一些醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生服務機構還存在環(huán)境差,設備舊,管理制度缺的現象。再者,我國城鄉(xiāng)衛(wèi)生人員總量不高,分布不均,廣大基層人民群眾看病難的問題還時有存在。一方面農村等基層地區(qū)缺乏合格的護理人才；另一方面很多護理專業(yè)的畢業(yè)生存在不愿下基層的現象。這些年,國家和地方各級政府陸續(xù)出臺各種優(yōu)惠政策,意在鼓勵大學生畢業(yè)后到基層就業(yè),鼓勵優(yōu)秀的醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生人才能夠主動到中西部偏遠地區(qū),農村,城市的社區(qū)等單位工作,帶去優(yōu)質的服務,新的理念。這些優(yōu)惠政策的實施,產生了良好的效果,高校畢業(yè)生到基層就業(yè)的數量有了明顯的提高,但是,與解決大學生就業(yè)問題的要求相比,與廣大基層對各類人才的需求相比,還存在差距。本文在通過對“國內外大學生就業(yè)問題”和“鼓勵和引導高校畢業(yè)生到基層就業(yè)政策”的文獻資料收集、整理的基礎之上,試圖通過分析護理專業(yè)學生就業(yè)現狀,探索其就業(yè)的突破口,從社會、學校、基層單位、學生本人等方面來鼓勵和引導護理專業(yè)的學生到基層就業(yè)。
[Abstract]:Primary medical and health care is an important part of public health in our country. As a part of medical and health personnel, nursing staff is also the backbone of the development of primary health care.With the development of our country's social economy, the people's demands on health and health service are higher and higher, and the quantity, quality and structure of nursing talents are demanded by the society.At present, some medical and health service institutions in grass-roots areas of our country still exist the phenomenon of poor environment, old equipment and lack of management system.Furthermore, the rural and urban health personnel in China are not high, uneven distribution, the masses of grass-roots people difficult to see the problem also exists from time to time.On the one hand, there is a shortage of qualified nursing talents in rural areas, on the other hand, many nursing graduates are unwilling to go down to the grass-roots level.Over the years, governments at the national and local levels have successively introduced various preferential policies aimed at encouraging college students to take up employment at the grass-roots level after graduation, and encouraging excellent medical and health personnel to take the initiative to reach remote areas in the central and western regions and rural areas.Urban community and other units work, bring quality services, new ideas.The implementation of these preferential policies has produced good results, and the number of college graduates getting employed at the grass-roots level has obviously increased. However, compared with the requirements for solving the employment problem of college students, and compared with the needs of the broad grass roots for all kinds of talents,There is still a gap.Based on the collection and collation of the literature on "the employment problem of college students at home and abroad" and "encouraging and guiding college graduates to work at the grass-roots level", this paper attempts to analyze the present employment situation of nursing students.To explore the breakthrough of employment, encourage and guide nursing students to obtain employment at the grass-roots level from the social, school, grass-roots units and students themselves.
