【摘要】：根據(jù)教育部對職業(yè)教育提出的"三個(gè)對接"的新要求,以及社會(huì)對技能型高級人才的需求,廣西理工職業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)院、廣西理工職業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)校以室內(nèi)設(shè)計(jì)專業(yè)開展項(xiàng)目研究,以相關(guān)的教學(xué)文件為設(shè)計(jì)依據(jù),樹立課程體系改革適應(yīng)崗位職業(yè)能力要求為導(dǎo)向的新理念,構(gòu)建"工地學(xué)校"教學(xué)模式并實(shí)施,實(shí)現(xiàn)校企貫通的合作新理念,采取校企共建,校企共同培養(yǎng)人才,教學(xué)內(nèi)容以實(shí)際工程項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行實(shí)戰(zhàn)訓(xùn)練,在教學(xué)中真正體現(xiàn)了"教、學(xué)、做"統(tǒng)一的職業(yè)教育特色,實(shí)現(xiàn)了"生、師、校、企"四方共贏。
[Abstract]:According to the new requirements of "three docking" put forward by the Ministry of Education to vocational education and the society's demand for skilled senior talents, the Guangxi Polytechnic Vocational and Technical College and the Guangxi Polytechnic Vocational and Technical School carry out the project research with the interior design specialty.Based on the relevant teaching documents, this paper sets up a new concept of curriculum system reform, which is oriented to the requirement of post professional ability, constructs and implements the teaching mode of "site school", realizes the new idea of cooperation between school and enterprise, and adopts the co-construction of school and enterprise.The school and enterprise train talents together, the teaching content carries on the actual combat training with the actual engineering project, in the teaching has truly manifested "the teaching, the study, does" the unified vocational education characteristic, has realized "the student, the teacher, the school, the enterprise" quadrangle win-win situation.
