【摘要】：以《基于城市需求的金融職業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)改革實踐》(2014年職業(yè)教育國家級教學成果獎二等獎)為基礎,以北京財貿(mào)職業(yè)學院基于城市需求的金融職業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)改革實踐為例,分析了在北京建設世界城市的背景下,城市化進程對金融職業(yè)人才的需求,明確了城市金融職業(yè)人才的培養(yǎng)目標,并提出了城市金融職業(yè)人才的培養(yǎng)路徑,在改革實踐中,形成了具體的培養(yǎng)方式,并取得了良好的成效。
[Abstract]:Based on "the practice of Financial Professionals training Reform based on Urban demand" (the second prize of 2014 National Teaching Achievement Award of Vocational Education), this paper takes the practice of financial professional talents training in Beijing Vocational College of Finance and Trade based on urban demand as an example.Under the background of constructing the world city in Beijing, this paper analyzes the demand for financial professional talents in the course of urbanization, clarifies the training goal of urban financial professional talents, and puts forward the training path of urban financial professional talents in the reform practice.A specific training method has been formed and good results have been achieved.
