【摘要】：高質(zhì)量的職業(yè)教育是地方經(jīng)濟(jì)蓬勃發(fā)展的重要源泉,能為地方產(chǎn)業(yè)的創(chuàng)新和轉(zhuǎn)型注入活力。但是,伴隨著知識(shí)型社會(huì)對(duì)人才發(fā)展的要求不斷提升,職業(yè)教育在教育模式和專業(yè)水平等方面存在的矛盾日益突出,職業(yè)教育改革和升級(jí)迫在眉睫�？v觀職業(yè)教育改革三十多年的歷程,職業(yè)教育始終難以找到一條準(zhǔn)確的發(fā)展道路,難以擺脫利益主體矛盾和體制的束縛。文章從當(dāng)前職業(yè)教育改革的外在推力和內(nèi)在動(dòng)因出發(fā),分析職業(yè)教育改革的困境,并提出職業(yè)教育改革的發(fā)展路徑:明確職業(yè)教育發(fā)展定位,拓寬職業(yè)教育培養(yǎng)模式;建立多元利益主體協(xié)調(diào)機(jī)制,引導(dǎo)社會(huì)力量參與;完善"三級(jí)"管理體制,加強(qiáng)職業(yè)教育資源整合。
[Abstract]:High-quality vocational education is an important source for the vigorous development of local economy and can inject vitality into the innovation and transformation of local industries.However, with the increasing demands of the knowledge society for the development of talents, the contradictions in the educational model and professional level of vocational education are increasingly prominent, so it is urgent to reform and upgrade vocational education.Throughout the more than 30 years of vocational education reform, vocational education has always been difficult to find an accurate way of development, difficult to get rid of the contradictions of the main body of interests and the constraints of the system.To establish the coordination mechanism of multi-interest subjects, to guide social forces to participate, to perfect the "three-level" management system and to strengthen the integration of vocational education resources.
