【摘要】：高職院校承擔著為國家培養(yǎng)技術(shù)技能型人才的使命,我國正處于經(jīng)濟轉(zhuǎn)型的關(guān)鍵時期,產(chǎn)業(yè)升級需要大量技術(shù)技能型人才支撐。當前,我國技術(shù)技能型人才培養(yǎng)還存在數(shù)量不夠、質(zhì)量不高、人才結(jié)構(gòu)不合理等問題。因此,政府要發(fā)揮統(tǒng)籌作用,學校要發(fā)揮育人作用,企業(yè)也要發(fā)揮市場主體作用,三方共融,產(chǎn)教結(jié)合,培養(yǎng)多層次技術(shù)技能型人才,為區(qū)域經(jīng)濟社會發(fā)展提供動力。
[Abstract]:Higher vocational colleges undertake the mission of cultivating technical talents for the country. Our country is in the critical period of economic transformation, and industrial upgrading needs a large number of technical talents.At present, there are still some problems in the cultivation of technical talents in China, such as insufficient quantity, low quality, unreasonable talent structure, and so on.Therefore, the government should play the overall role, the school should play the role of educating people, the enterprises should also play the role of the market main body, the tripartite integration, the combination of industry and education, train multi-level technical talents, and provide the impetus for the regional economic and social development.
