【摘要】：2012年在中國(guó)上海召開的主題為"培養(yǎng)工作與生活技能:TVET轉(zhuǎn)型"的第三屆國(guó)際職業(yè)教育大會(huì)上,提出的"職業(yè)教育轉(zhuǎn)型"成為世界職業(yè)教育改革發(fā)展的主流思想。轉(zhuǎn)型的邏輯起點(diǎn)是通過(guò)職業(yè)教育應(yīng)對(duì)人類社會(huì)發(fā)展面臨的更復(fù)雜挑戰(zhàn),轉(zhuǎn)型的目的是積極促進(jìn)實(shí)現(xiàn)更加包容和可持續(xù)發(fā)展的社會(huì)。2012年以來(lái),UNESCO通過(guò)各種行動(dòng)推動(dòng)職業(yè)教育轉(zhuǎn)型的實(shí)現(xiàn),使職業(yè)教育成為實(shí)現(xiàn)2030年可持續(xù)發(fā)展目標(biāo)的關(guān)鍵力量及"教育2030行動(dòng)框架"核心領(lǐng)域,形成獨(dú)立、系統(tǒng)的發(fā)展思路和戰(zhàn)略框架。從實(shí)踐趨勢(shì)來(lái)看,為促進(jìn)職業(yè)教育轉(zhuǎn)型的實(shí)現(xiàn),未來(lái)職業(yè)教育要在戰(zhàn)略層面、終身學(xué)習(xí)層面、政策過(guò)程和人的層面形成具體的發(fā)展策略。
[Abstract]:In 2012, the third International Conference on Vocational Education held in Shanghai, China, with the theme of "training work and Life skills: TVET Transformation", put forward that "Vocational Education Transformation" has become the mainstream of the world vocational education reform and development.The logical starting point for the transition is to address the more complex challenges to the development of human society through vocational education,The purpose of the transformation is to contribute actively to a more inclusive and sustainable society. Since 2012, UNESCO has promoted the transformation of vocational education through a variety of initiatives,To make vocational education become the key force to achieve the sustainable development goal in 2030 and the core area of "Education 2030 Framework of Action", and form an independent, systematic development thinking and strategic framework.From the perspective of practical trend, in order to promote the realization of vocational education transformation, the future vocational education should form specific development strategies at the strategic level, lifelong learning level, policy process and human level.
