【摘要】：影響中職學(xué)校教育質(zhì)量的因素很多，中職生非智力因素培養(yǎng)是其中一個(gè)重要因素。目前中職生非智力因素的培養(yǎng)不僅未受到足夠的重視，而且還存在種種問題，阻礙了中職生的健康成長與可持續(xù)發(fā)展，影響了中職學(xué)校的教育質(zhì)量。本研究通過大量的調(diào)查訪談分析，從非智力因素培養(yǎng)的理論基礎(chǔ)入手，根據(jù)中職生的特殊性，以及非智力因素對中職生的作用和意義，指出中職生非智力因素培養(yǎng)的必要性，分析目前中職生非智力因素影響導(dǎo)入工作過程的現(xiàn)狀，存在的問題及原因，并從職業(yè)教育的角度提出相應(yīng)的培養(yǎng)策略。從而促使中職生非智力因素的培養(yǎng)得到重視，中職生能夠健康成長與可持續(xù)發(fā)展，進(jìn)而提高中職學(xué)校的教育質(zhì)量。 本文研究共分為六個(gè)部分：第一部分主要提出了選題的緣由，國內(nèi)外關(guān)于非智力因素的研究狀況，研究方法，研究的創(chuàng)新之處，研究的目的和意義；第二部分主要是界定基本概念，分析非智力因素對中職生的作用和意義及研究的理論基礎(chǔ)；第三部分通過問卷調(diào)查的形式得出影響中職生導(dǎo)入工作過程的非智力因素現(xiàn)狀及存在的問題，進(jìn)而找出問題的原因；第四部分根據(jù)影響中職生導(dǎo)入工作過程的非智力因素現(xiàn)狀及存在的問題提出對中職生非智力因素培養(yǎng)的職業(yè)教育原則和途徑；第五部分提出中職生非智力因素培養(yǎng)的職業(yè)教育方法及對策；第六部分分析研究的局限性以及對后續(xù)研究的展望。 通過本論文的研究，筆者期望對中職生非智力因素培養(yǎng)提供一些可行的策略，提高中職生非智力因素的發(fā)展水平，促進(jìn)中職生全面、協(xié)調(diào)、健康、可持續(xù)發(fā)展，從而提高中職教育質(zhì)量，為社會培養(yǎng)更加優(yōu)秀的中職技能人才。
[Abstract]:There are many factors that affect the quality of secondary vocational school education.At present, the cultivation of non-intelligence factors of secondary vocational students is not only not paid enough attention, but also has a variety of problems, which hinders the healthy growth and sustainable development of secondary vocational students, and affects the quality of education in secondary vocational schools.This research through a lot of investigation interview analysis, from the theory foundation of the cultivation of non-intelligence factor, according to the particularity of the secondary vocational student, and the function and significance of the non-intelligence factor to the secondary vocational student, points out the necessity of the cultivation of the non-intelligence factor of the secondary vocational student.This paper analyzes the current situation, existing problems and causes of non-intelligence factors affecting the process of introduction of secondary vocational students, and puts forward corresponding training strategies from the point of view of vocational education.Therefore, the cultivation of non-intelligence factors of secondary vocational school students can be paid more attention to, and the secondary vocational school students can grow healthily and develop sustainably, and then improve the quality of secondary vocational school education.This paper is divided into six parts: the first part mainly puts forward the reason of choosing the topic, the research situation of non-intelligence factors at home and abroad, the research methods, the innovation of the research, the purpose and significance of the research;The second part is to define the basic concepts, analyze the role and significance of non-intellectual factors on secondary vocational students and the theoretical basis of the research;The third part through the form of questionnaire survey to find out the status quo of non-intelligence factors and existing problems, and then find out the causes of the problems;The fourth part puts forward the principles and ways of vocational education on the cultivation of non-intelligence factors according to the current situation and problems of non-intelligence factors that affect the process of vocational students' introduction.In the fifth part, the author puts forward the methods and countermeasures of vocational education for non-intelligence factors of secondary vocational school students, and analyzes the limitations of the research and prospects for further research.Through the research of this paper, the author hopes to provide some feasible strategies for the cultivation of non-intelligence factors of secondary vocational students, improve the development level of non-intellectual factors of vocational students, and promote the all-round, coordinated, healthy and sustainable development of secondary vocational students.So as to improve the quality of secondary vocational education, for the society to train more outstanding technical skills.
