中等職業(yè)學(xué)校教師校本培訓(xùn)的現(xiàn)狀及對策研究

【摘要】:在職業(yè)教育改革發(fā)展進(jìn)入到加快建設(shè)現(xiàn)代職業(yè)教育體系、全面提高技能型人才培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量的背景下,中等職業(yè)教育作為職業(yè)教育的一種類型也在蓬勃地發(fā)展,并為國家現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)培養(yǎng)了大量的技能型人才。但是,隨著中等職業(yè)教育的發(fā)展,師資隊(duì)伍素質(zhì)的提高成為制約中職教育發(fā)展,影響中職教育質(zhì)量的一個關(guān)鍵問題。 校本培訓(xùn)作為學(xué)校組織的、以解決學(xué)校發(fā)展和教師專業(yè)發(fā)展實(shí)際問題的教師培訓(xùn)形式,既能節(jié)約開支,又與教師工作緊密相結(jié)合;并且在培訓(xùn)中,教師集體學(xué)習(xí)、研究,既有利于教師的專業(yè)發(fā)展,又有助于學(xué)習(xí)型學(xué)校的形成。因此,,中等職業(yè)學(xué)校校本培訓(xùn)是提高中職教師素質(zhì)、促進(jìn)教師專業(yè)發(fā)展和中職學(xué)校發(fā)展的可行途徑。 但在實(shí)踐中,中職學(xué)校及教師往往熱衷于國家級培訓(xùn)、省級培訓(xùn)等級別更高的培訓(xùn)形式,忽視了校本培訓(xùn)這種最重要的培訓(xùn)方式。本研究將試圖從研究背景著手,使用問卷調(diào)查、深度訪談、文獻(xiàn)研究等科學(xué)的研究方法,通過對調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù)和訪談情況的分析,尋找中等職業(yè)學(xué)校校本培訓(xùn)方面存在的問題,分析原因,并尋找對策,以期促進(jìn)中等職業(yè)學(xué)校校本培訓(xùn)活動的開展,促進(jìn)我國中等職業(yè)教育的發(fā)展。 本研究主要分為四部分: 第一部分,緒論。介紹了本文的研究背景、研究目的及研究意義、研究思路、研究方法,并梳理和總結(jié)了校本培訓(xùn)的國內(nèi)外研究,界定了相關(guān)概念。 第二部分,中等職業(yè)學(xué)校校本培訓(xùn)現(xiàn)狀的調(diào)查分析。本部分采用自編問卷,對河北省八所中等職業(yè)學(xué)校的教師進(jìn)行了校本培訓(xùn)的問卷調(diào)查,并對調(diào)查結(jié)果進(jìn)行了數(shù)據(jù)的統(tǒng)計(jì)分析。 第三部分,中等職業(yè)學(xué)校校本培訓(xùn)存在的主要問題及原因分析。本部分是基于第二部分調(diào)查結(jié)果,發(fā)現(xiàn)現(xiàn)階段中等職業(yè)學(xué)校教師校本培訓(xùn)工作中存在的一些問題,并從校本培訓(xùn)理念不夠深入、校本培訓(xùn)體系不夠完善、教師參加校本培訓(xùn)不夠積極三方面分析原因,為第四部分的實(shí)施對策提供依據(jù)。 第四部分,中等職業(yè)學(xué)校校本培訓(xùn)的實(shí)施對策。針對中等職業(yè)學(xué)校校本培訓(xùn)存在的問題,結(jié)合原因分析,從確立校本培訓(xùn)促進(jìn)教師專業(yè)發(fā)展的理念、提高教師參加校本培訓(xùn)的積極性、合理選擇校本培訓(xùn)內(nèi)容、采取靈活多樣的校本培訓(xùn)形式、建立健全高效的管理體制五個方面構(gòu)建中等職業(yè)學(xué)校教師校本培訓(xùn)的實(shí)施策略。
[Abstract]:Under the background of vocational education reform and development to speed up the construction of modern vocational education system and improve the quality of skilled personnel training in an all-round way, secondary vocational education as a type of vocational education is developing vigorously.And for the modernization of the country to cultivate a large number of skilled personnel.However, with the development of secondary vocational education, the improvement of the quality of teachers has become a key problem that restricts the development of secondary vocational education and affects the quality of secondary vocational education.As a form of teacher training organized by schools to solve the practical problems of school development and teachers' professional development, school-based training can not only save money but also be closely integrated with teachers' work.It is not only conducive to the professional development of teachers, but also conducive to the formation of learning schools.Therefore, school-based training in secondary vocational schools is a feasible way to improve teachers' quality and promote teachers' professional development and secondary vocational schools' development.However, in practice, secondary vocational schools and teachers are often keen on national training, provincial training and other higher levels of training, ignoring the school-based training as the most important form of training.This study will try to start from the research background, using questionnaire, in-depth interviews, literature research and other scientific research methods, through the analysis of the survey data and interviews, to find the secondary vocational school school-based training problems.The causes are analyzed and countermeasures are sought to promote the development of school-based training activities in secondary vocational schools and to promote the development of secondary vocational education in China.This research is divided into four parts:The first part, introduction.This paper introduces the research background, research purpose and significance, research ideas, research methods, combs and summarizes the domestic and foreign research on school-based training, and defines the relevant concepts.The second part is the investigation and analysis of the current situation of school-based training in secondary vocational schools.In this part, teachers of eight secondary vocational schools in Hebei province were investigated with self-designed questionnaire, and the results were analyzed statistically.The third part, the secondary vocational school-based training existing in the main problems and reasons.This part is based on the second part of the survey results, found that there are some problems in the school-based training of secondary vocational school teachers, and from the concept of school-based training is not deep enough, school-based training system is not perfect.Teachers' participation in school-based training is not positive enough to analyze the three reasons for the fourth part of the implementation of countermeasures to provide the basis.The fourth part, the implementation countermeasure of school-based training in secondary vocational school.Adopting flexible and diverse forms of school-based training, establishing a sound and efficient management system and constructing the implementation strategy of school-based training for secondary vocational school teachers.
