【摘要】：隨著經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展,新疆需要大量的技術(shù)型的高素質(zhì)人才來滿足產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整和工業(yè)現(xiàn)代化的需要。因此,新疆職業(yè)技術(shù)院校在進行職業(yè)技能教育的同時,還應(yīng)該注意重點培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的勞動觀。新疆職業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)校對于勞動觀教育的重視程度不高,根據(jù)對新疆8所職業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)校的問卷調(diào)查顯示,新疆職業(yè)院校學(xué)生在勞動觀方面存在很多問題,這些問題不僅會影響他們的全面發(fā)展,而且會影響他們的就業(yè)。學(xué)校對于學(xué)生勞動觀出現(xiàn)問題,具有不可推卸的責(zé)任,因此學(xué)校必須結(jié)合自身特色和學(xué)生的實際情況,有目的、有計劃的應(yīng)該從觀念和行為兩個方面對學(xué)生進行相應(yīng)勞動觀教育。勞動觀是馬克思和恩格斯的理論成果之一,深刻的闡述了勞動的本質(zhì)和重要性,而且他們還提出過將教育與生產(chǎn)勞動相結(jié)合,根據(jù)勞動觀教育的需要,我們應(yīng)該發(fā)掘這些理論的現(xiàn)實意義,通過這些理論的指導(dǎo)探索新疆職業(yè)院校勞動觀教育的途徑,不僅可以使職業(yè)技術(shù)院校學(xué)生得到全面發(fā)展,還可以讓他們在新疆發(fā)展建設(shè)中發(fā)揮自身價值。第一部分為相關(guān)理論闡述,歸納概括了勞動觀教育的基本理論,以及勞動觀教育的依據(jù),即馬克思主義勞動觀的內(nèi)容,馬克思、恩格斯和我黨幾代領(lǐng)導(dǎo)集體的勞動觀教育理論概括,運用馬克思主義勞動觀加強新疆職業(yè)院校勞動觀教育的意義;第二部分為新疆職業(yè)院校勞動觀教育現(xiàn)狀和存在問題的調(diào)查,總結(jié)分析了學(xué)校勞動觀教育現(xiàn)狀、問題和學(xué)生勞動觀存在問題;第三部分,詳細(xì)分析了新疆職業(yè)院校勞動觀教育存在問題的原因;第四部分,針對新疆職業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)校學(xué)生存的問題及原因,以馬克思主義的勞動觀為理論指導(dǎo)提出了具體的解決措施。
[Abstract]:With the development of economy, Xinjiang needs a large number of skilled talents to meet the needs of industrial structure adjustment and industrial modernization. We should also pay attention to cultivating students' view of labor. Xinjiang vocational and technical schools pay little attention to the education of labor outlook. According to the questionnaire survey of 8 vocational and technical schools in Xinjiang, There are many problems in the view of labor of students in Xinjiang vocational colleges. These problems will not only affect their overall development, but also affect their employment. Therefore, schools must combine their own characteristics and students' actual conditions, have a purpose, and plan to educate the students from two aspects of concept and behavior. The concept of labor is one of the theoretical achievements of Marx and Engels. They have expounded the essence and importance of labor deeply, and they have also proposed to combine education with productive labor. According to the needs of the education of labor outlook, we should explore the practical significance of these theories. Through the guidance of these theories, we can explore the ways of labor view education in vocational colleges and universities in Xinjiang, which can not only make the students of vocational and technical colleges develop in an all-round way, They can also give play to their own value in the development and construction of Xinjiang. The first part is the elaboration of relevant theories, summarizing the basic theory of labor outlook education and the basis of labor outlook education, that is, the content of Marxist concept of labor, Marx, Engels and several generations of leading collectives of our Party generalize the theory of labor outlook education, and apply Marxist view of labor to strengthen the significance of the education of view of labor in vocational colleges and universities in Xinjiang. The second part is the investigation of the present situation and existing problems of the concept of labor education in vocational colleges and universities in Xinjiang. Summarized and analyzed the present situation, problems and existing problems of the concept of labor in schools; the third part, analyzed the causes of the problems in the view of labor in vocational colleges in Xinjiang; the fourth part, Aiming at the problems and causes of the survival of Xinjiang vocational and technical schools, this paper puts forward concrete measures to solve the problems under the guidance of Marxist view of labor.
