【摘要】：目的：研究中等職業(yè)院校教師的職業(yè)倦怠現(xiàn)狀及特點(diǎn)，探討教師職業(yè)倦怠的影響因素，，為提高教師的工作熱情、工作效率，提升幸福感和成就感尋找切實(shí)可行的方法。 方法：采用整群抽樣的方法對營口市某幾所中等職業(yè)學(xué)校450名教師進(jìn)行問卷調(diào)查，數(shù)據(jù)的錄入與分析用Epidata3.0軟件和SPSS17.0統(tǒng)計(jì)軟件。 結(jié)果：從本此調(diào)查結(jié)果來看，中職院校教師職業(yè)倦怠嚴(yán)重程度較低，但教師職業(yè)倦怠的現(xiàn)象普遍存在。本次研究的結(jié)果顯示不同性別中職院校教師的職業(yè)倦怠的三個(gè)維度均沒有顯著差別；年齡處于36-45歲年齡組的少成就感倦怠維度最為嚴(yán)重，（P㩳0.05）;本科學(xué)歷層次的教師少成就感程度要比大專以下學(xué)歷層次的教師高（P㩳0.05）。不同的家庭情況對本研究的調(diào)查對象的職業(yè)倦怠影響并不明顯；不同月收入的教師在少成就感維度上的倦怠程度有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異（P㩳0.05）；教齡長短不同的教師在職業(yè)倦怠的三個(gè)維度上都有差異（P㩳0.05）；中職院校教師是否是班主任及是否擔(dān)任其他行政職位均沒有造成教師職業(yè)倦怠情況有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異。 結(jié)論：1.營口市中職院校教師職業(yè)倦怠情況普遍存在，但與普通中學(xué)教師相比，職業(yè)倦怠情況相對較輕。 2.不同的年齡、學(xué)歷、月收入、教齡會(huì)影響教師的職業(yè)倦怠程度。 3.人口學(xué)特征對教師的職業(yè)倦怠情況影響確實(shí)存在，但對教師職業(yè)倦怠的預(yù)測作用并不明顯，能夠解釋的比例較小，說明除人口學(xué)特征外，還有其他因素影響著教師職業(yè)倦怠程度，應(yīng)做進(jìn)一步深入的研究。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the present situation and characteristics of teachers' job burnout in secondary vocational colleges and to explore the influencing factors of teachers' job burnout in order to find practical ways to improve teachers' work enthusiasm, work efficiency, happiness and sense of achievement. Methods: a questionnaire survey was conducted among 450 teachers from some secondary vocational schools in Yingkou City by cluster sampling. Epidata3.0 and SPSS17.0 software were used to input and analyze the data. Results: according to the results of this survey, the degree of burnout of teachers in secondary vocational colleges is relatively low. However, the phenomenon of teachers' job burnout is common. The results of this study show that there are no significant differences among the three dimensions of teachers' job burnout in secondary vocational colleges and universities of different genders. The degree of teachers' less sense of achievement at the undergraduate level is higher than that at the junior college level? Different family conditions had no significant effect on the job burnout of the subjects in this study; there were significant differences in the degree of burnout of teachers with different monthly income in the dimension of less achievement. 0. 05%; there are differences in three dimensions of job burnout among teachers with different length of teaching life. There was no statistical difference between teachers' job burnout in secondary vocational colleges and whether they were teachers in charge of class or in other administrative positions. Conclusion 1. Teachers' job burnout in secondary vocational schools in Yingkou City is common, but it is relatively light compared with that of middle school teachers. 2. Different age, educational background, monthly income and teaching age will influence teachers' job burnout. 3. The effect of demographic characteristics on teachers' job burnout does exist, but the predictive effect on teachers' burnout is not obvious, and the proportion that can be explained is relatively small. There are other factors affecting the degree of teacher burnout, which should be further studied.
