【摘要】：在人類社會的后工業(yè)化進(jìn)程中,我國職業(yè)教育正迎來其發(fā)展"牛市",從上到下,職業(yè)教育備受關(guān)注和鼓舞。這是中國社會自邁向工業(yè)化進(jìn)程以來,在職業(yè)教育發(fā)展史上又一次偉大的社會變革運動。從19世紀(jì)初"實業(yè)學(xué)堂"開始,中國職業(yè)教育就踏上了激進(jìn)而勇敢的變革之路。然而,時至今日,職業(yè)教育并沒有完全走出一條與普通教育并行不悖的發(fā)展之路。在一路的跌跌撞撞中,職業(yè)教育走過了模仿、復(fù)制,補(bǔ)充、改制的坎坷征途,依然處在發(fā)展的十字路口。我們認(rèn)為,我國職業(yè)教育已經(jīng)嘗試過的所有改革方案都沒有在組織模式的變革問題上進(jìn)行有價值的思考。實際上,在職業(yè)教育發(fā)展變革中,需要首先謀求職業(yè)教育組織模式的變革。一方面,需要通過職業(yè)教育組織模式的變革去鞏固職業(yè)教育變革的成果,另一方面,需要通過職業(yè)教育組織模式的變革進(jìn)一步引領(lǐng)職業(yè)教育變革。從分裂走向融合,這是我國職業(yè)教育組織變革的基本走向。
[Abstract]:In the post-industrialization process of human society, vocational education in our country is ushered in its "bull market". From top to bottom, vocational education is concerned and encouraged. In the history of vocational education, there has been another great movement for social change. Since the beginning of the 19th century, the Industrial School, China's vocational education has embarked on a radical and courageous road of change. Vocational education has not completely walked out of a development road that goes hand in hand with general education. In the course of stumbling along the way, vocational education has gone through the rough road of imitating, copying, supplementing and reforming the system. Still at the crossroads of development. We believe that all the reform programs that our vocational education has tried have not given any valuable thought to the reform of the organizational model. In fact, in the process of the development and transformation of vocational education, On the one hand, it is necessary to consolidate the achievements of vocational education reform through the change of vocational education organization mode, on the other hand, It is necessary to further lead the reform of vocational education through the reform of the organizational mode of vocational education, which is the basic trend of the organizational reform of vocational education in China.
