基于技術(shù)鏈分析的高職校企協(xié)同模式研究

【摘要】:校企合作的動力不足是困擾高職院校實現(xiàn)校企協(xié)同育人的難題。本文從校、企在技術(shù)鏈層面的內(nèi)在關(guān)聯(lián)入手,分析了學校和技術(shù)鏈上、下游企業(yè)對校企合作的不同需求,提出一種"與上游企業(yè)合作共建公共技術(shù)服務(wù)平臺,為下游企業(yè)提供技術(shù)和人才"的校企協(xié)同模式(UPD模式),并闡述了該模式的構(gòu)建要點和效果。UPD模式通過公共技術(shù)服務(wù)平臺的市場化運營,擴大了上游企業(yè)的技術(shù)輸出,增強了對下游企業(yè)的技術(shù)服務(wù),使學校和上下游兩類企業(yè)之間建立了差異化的利益紐帶,并借助平臺的集聚效應(yīng)使更多的企業(yè)資源參與到人才培養(yǎng)中,較好地實現(xiàn)了校企協(xié)同的有效性和長效性。
[Abstract]:The lack of motive force of the cooperation between school and enterprise is a difficult problem for higher vocational colleges to realize the cooperation between school and enterprise. This paper starts with the inherent connection between school and enterprise in the level of technology chain, and analyzes the different demands of the school and the downstream enterprise on the cooperation between school and enterprise. This paper puts forward a kind of "cooperation with upstream enterprises to build public technology service platform". The UPD mode of cooperation between schools and enterprises to provide technology and talents for downstream enterprises is described. The key points and effects of this model are expounded. The UPD model expands the technology output of upstream enterprises through the market-oriented operation of public technology service platform. Enhanced the technical service to the downstream enterprises, established the differentiated interest link between the school and the upstream and downstream enterprises, and made more enterprise resources participate in the talent training with the help of the agglomeration effect of the platform. The effectiveness and long-term effect of school-enterprise cooperation are well realized.
