牛耳教育機(jī)構(gòu)的教學(xué)質(zhì)量體系構(gòu)建及評估

【摘要】:IT職業(yè)教育在我國職業(yè)教育事業(yè)中占有很大一個比重,而教學(xué)質(zhì)量體系的構(gòu)建及評估,對于提高IT職業(yè)教育的教學(xué)質(zhì)量有著非常明顯的幫助。目前,IT職業(yè)教育的規(guī)模擴(kuò)張得很快,結(jié)構(gòu)趨于合理,效益初步顯現(xiàn),但教學(xué)質(zhì)量難以盡如人意。因此,透過對牛耳教育機(jī)構(gòu)的教學(xué)質(zhì)量體系進(jìn)行研討分析,并對其進(jìn)行評估和監(jiān)控,對于IT職業(yè)教育的發(fā)展具有十分重要的意義。 本文通過對長沙牛耳教育咨詢公司的管理者、客戶、用人單位進(jìn)行問卷調(diào)查,并進(jìn)行了調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì)分析,在此基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)行了有目的性的探析,了解了牛耳教育目前在教學(xué)質(zhì)量體系的構(gòu)建及評估方面的成功經(jīng)驗(yàn)和存在問題。在此基礎(chǔ)上,簡要說明目前牛耳教育的教學(xué)質(zhì)量體系所面臨的問題和挑戰(zhàn),具體將從團(tuán)隊(duì)構(gòu)建、制度構(gòu)建、過程構(gòu)建和產(chǎn)品構(gòu)建這四個大的環(huán)節(jié)進(jìn)行問題說明,并從評估和監(jiān)控的重要性、原則、方法和內(nèi)容等四大方面進(jìn)行了闡述。同時,從宏觀方面論述如何加強(qiáng)教學(xué)質(zhì)量管理的規(guī)范建設(shè),使之步入科學(xué)化、規(guī)范化、制度化的軌道,有利于牛耳教育加強(qiáng)教學(xué)管理、推進(jìn)教學(xué)改革、提高教師素質(zhì)、完善教學(xué)管理體制,有效和穩(wěn)定地提高教育教學(xué)質(zhì)量,增強(qiáng)牛耳教育的競爭力和可持續(xù)發(fā)展能力,實(shí)現(xiàn)牛耳教育自身的可持續(xù)發(fā)展;從微觀方面檢查教學(xué)現(xiàn)狀、評價教學(xué)水平、加強(qiáng)教學(xué)管理、提高教學(xué)質(zhì)量,有利于工作的優(yōu)化、促進(jìn)教師發(fā)展、促進(jìn)學(xué)生發(fā)展、促進(jìn)學(xué)校發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:The IT vocational education occupies a large proportion in the vocational education of our country, and the construction and evaluation of the teaching quality system, It is of great help to improve the teaching quality of IT vocational education. At present, the scale of IT vocational education is expanding very quickly, the structure tends to be reasonable, the benefit is shown initially, but the teaching quality is not satisfactory. It is of great significance for the development of IT vocational education to study and analyze the teaching quality system of Niuer educational institutions and to evaluate and monitor it. In this paper, the managers, customers and employers of Changsha Niuer Education Consulting Company are surveyed, and the statistical analysis of the survey data is carried out, on the basis of which a purposeful analysis is made. The successful experience and existing problems in the construction and evaluation of teaching quality system of Niuer education are understood. On this basis, the problems and challenges faced by the teaching quality system in the teaching quality system of Niuler education are briefly explained. The system construction, the process construction and the product construction are discussed in four aspects: the importance, the principle, the method and the content of evaluation and monitoring. At the same time, This paper discusses from the macroscopic aspect how to strengthen the standard construction of teaching quality management and make it step into the orbit of science, standardization and systematization, which is beneficial to strengthen teaching management, promote teaching reform and improve teachers' quality. Improve the teaching management system, effectively and steadily improve the quality of education and teaching, strengthen the competitiveness and the ability of sustainable development of bullear education, realize the sustainable development of its own, examine the present teaching situation from the micro aspect, evaluate the teaching level, Strengthening teaching management and improving teaching quality are beneficial to the optimization of work, to the development of teachers, to the development of students and to the development of schools.
