【摘要】：社會進(jìn)步和經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展對技能型人才的需求逐年增加,這對高職教育提出了更高的要求,促進(jìn)了高職教育變革。區(qū)別于普通高等教育,高職教育形成的初衷在于實踐育人,通過培養(yǎng)高端技能型人才達(dá)到滿足適應(yīng)生產(chǎn)管理、建設(shè)服務(wù)第一線需求的目的。共享型實訓(xùn)基地是高職院校培養(yǎng)人才的主要場所,在實踐教學(xué)過程中起到重要作用。然而現(xiàn)階段,共享型實訓(xùn)基地普遍存在著重建設(shè)輕管理的問題,遠(yuǎn)未達(dá)到以市場需求為導(dǎo)向培養(yǎng)高素質(zhì)應(yīng)用性人才的目標(biāo)。了解共享型實訓(xùn)基地管理現(xiàn)狀,提高實訓(xùn)基地的管理水平,充分發(fā)揮其在實踐育人過程中的作用成為擺在所有高職院校面前的重要課題。本文以高職教育相關(guān)理論、國內(nèi)外關(guān)于實訓(xùn)基地的研究成果、政府部門的政策文件以及職業(yè)院校課題組的專家意見為基礎(chǔ),從高職教育的五個特性出發(fā),結(jié)合研究的實際情況,初步構(gòu)建共享型實訓(xùn)基地管理水平評價指標(biāo)體系�；趯K建筑職業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)院預(yù)調(diào)研的結(jié)果,修正評價指標(biāo),然后對江蘇省五個實訓(xùn)基地進(jìn)行全面調(diào)研,通過調(diào)查問卷收集數(shù)據(jù),借助分析軟件SPSS和AMOS,對大樣本數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行信度、效度、因子分析,運(yùn)用結(jié)構(gòu)方程確定指標(biāo)權(quán)重和最終模型。以徐州工業(yè)職業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)院的實訓(xùn)基地為個例對模型進(jìn)行應(yīng)用,利用模糊綜合評價法得出實訓(xùn)基地的實際管理水平。結(jié)果表明,共享型實訓(xùn)基地的管理水平層次較低,存在較大的改善空間。其中,由高等性、職業(yè)性等高職教育特性組成的一級評價指標(biāo)中,開放性所代表的管理水平得分最低,職業(yè)性的管理水平得分最高。分析原因,主要受高職院校實訓(xùn)基地課程設(shè)置與市場脫節(jié),激勵機(jī)制不健全企業(yè)參與的積極性不高,政府的政策、資金支持缺乏連續(xù)性等因素的影響。本文研究結(jié)論,為基地的管理者了解實訓(xùn)基地的管理現(xiàn)狀,制定改革計劃,提高管理水平提供指導(dǎo)和借鑒。
[Abstract]:The demand for skilled talents in social progress and economic development is increasing year by year, which puts forward higher requirements for higher vocational education and promotes the reform of higher vocational education. Different from ordinary higher education, the original intention of higher vocational education is to educate people through practice. Through the cultivation of high-end skilled personnel to meet the needs of production management and construction of the first line of service, the sharing training base is the main place for training talents in higher vocational colleges. It plays an important role in the process of practical teaching. However, at this stage, there is generally a problem of emphasizing construction and neglecting management in the shared practice training base. It is far from reaching the goal of cultivating high quality applied talents guided by market demand. We can understand the management status of shared training base and improve the management level of training base. Giving full play to its role in the process of practical education has become an important subject in front of all higher vocational colleges. Based on the policy documents of government departments and the expert opinions of the research group of vocational colleges and universities, starting from the five characteristics of higher vocational education and combining the actual situation of the research, Based on the pre-investigation results of Jiangsu Institute of Architecture and Vocational Technology, the evaluation index is revised, and then the five training bases in Jiangsu Province are investigated comprehensively. The reliability, validity and factor analysis of large sample data were analyzed with the help of the analysis software SPSS and Amos. The index weight and final model are determined by structural equation. Taking the practical training base of Xuzhou Polytechnic Institute as an example, the actual management level of practical training base is obtained by using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. The management level of shared training base is low, and there is great room for improvement, among which, among the primary evaluation indexes composed of higher vocational education and vocational characteristics, openness represents the lowest score of management level. The professional management level has the highest score. The main reasons are that the courses offered in the training base of higher vocational colleges are out of touch with the market, the incentive mechanism is not perfect and the enthusiasm of enterprises to participate is not high, and the government policy, The conclusion of this paper is to provide guidance and reference for the managers of the base to understand the current situation of the management of the training base, to formulate the reform plan and to improve the management level.
