高職教師理想形象及其經(jīng)營(yíng)

【摘要】:高職教師理想形象在教書育人的過程中,尤其是在社會(huì)主義核心價(jià)值觀教育方面,能夠?qū)V大高職學(xué)生產(chǎn)生長(zhǎng)遠(yuǎn)的正面影響。為了促進(jìn)我國(guó)高等職業(yè)教育的改革,提高技能型專門人才的整體素質(zhì),從高職教師理想形象的現(xiàn)狀著手,對(duì)高職教師理想形象及其經(jīng)營(yíng)進(jìn)行深入的探討、研究和實(shí)踐,是十分必要和極為迫切的。本文從高職教師理想形象的現(xiàn)狀入手,通過調(diào)查訪談,從高職教師個(gè)人形象、高職教師職業(yè)形象和高職教師專業(yè)形象三個(gè)方面較為全面地論述高職教師理想形象的現(xiàn)狀情況,分析其與高職教師理想形象相比存在的問題和不足之處。從主客觀兩方面,深刻剖析高職教師理想形象的現(xiàn)狀問題的形成原因。針對(duì)解決高職教師理想形象的現(xiàn)實(shí)問題,筆者嘗試進(jìn)行有針對(duì)性的思考探討和實(shí)踐研究,提出高職教師理想形象經(jīng)營(yíng)的概念與具體的對(duì)策和措施,以期重塑高職教師理想形象。從高職教師個(gè)人形象的提升鞏固方面來(lái)說,要強(qiáng)化高職教師的正向人格特質(zhì),要注意經(jīng)營(yíng)和增強(qiáng)師生互動(dòng)關(guān)系;在高職教師職業(yè)形象的規(guī)范落實(shí)方面,要強(qiáng)化高職教師的敬業(yè)樂業(yè)意識(shí),要及時(shí)更新高職教師的職業(yè)教育理念;在高職教師專業(yè)形象的成長(zhǎng)發(fā)展方面,要堅(jiān)持自我進(jìn)取和組織協(xié)助齊頭并進(jìn),要注重專業(yè)教學(xué)與職場(chǎng)需求的對(duì)接,要進(jìn)一步完善“雙師型”教師培養(yǎng)模式等等。對(duì)高職教師理想形象及其經(jīng)營(yíng)的研究,不僅對(duì)高職教師自身的發(fā)展和學(xué)生的健康成長(zhǎng)具有重要的指導(dǎo)意義,對(duì)推動(dòng)我國(guó)高等職業(yè)教育事業(yè)的健康持續(xù)發(fā)展也具有實(shí)際意義。筆者期待有更多的研究者對(duì)高職教師理想形象的更多角度和維度、更多深度和廣度的研究開展起來(lái),為中國(guó)特色的高等職業(yè)教育事業(yè)開創(chuàng)更美好的未來(lái)。
[Abstract]:The ideal image of higher vocational teachers in the process of teaching and educating people, especially in the education of socialist core values, can have a long-term positive impact on the majority of higher vocational students, in order to promote the reform of higher vocational education in China. To improve the overall quality of skilled professionals, from the present situation of the ideal image of higher vocational teachers, the ideal image of higher vocational teachers and its management are deeply discussed, studied and practiced. This article starts with the present situation of the ideal image of teachers in higher vocational education, through investigation and interview, from the personal image of higher vocational teachers, The present situation of the ideal image of higher vocational teachers is discussed in three aspects: the professional image of higher vocational teachers and the professional image of teachers in higher vocational colleges, and the problems and shortcomings compared with the ideal image of teachers in higher vocational colleges are analyzed. In order to solve the practical problems of the ideal image of teachers in higher vocational education, the author tries to carry out targeted thinking and practical research, and analyzes the reasons for the formation of the present situation of the ideal image of teachers in higher vocational education. This paper puts forward the concept and concrete countermeasures and measures of the management of the ideal image of higher vocational teachers, in order to reshape the ideal image of teachers in higher vocational colleges. From the aspect of enhancing and consolidating the personal image of higher vocational teachers, it is necessary to strengthen the positive personality characteristics of teachers in higher vocational colleges. We should pay attention to management and strengthen the interactive relationship between teachers and students, strengthen teachers' sense of devotion to work and update vocational education concept in time in the aspect of implementing the professional image of higher vocational teachers. In the aspect of the growth and development of the professional image of teachers in higher vocational education, we should stick to self-improvement and organizational assistance and pay attention to the connection between professional teaching and professional needs. The research on the ideal image and management of teachers in higher vocational education is of great significance not only to the development of teachers themselves and the healthy growth of students, but also to the development of teachers in higher vocational education. It is also of practical significance to promote the healthy and sustainable development of higher vocational education in China. The author hopes that more researchers will study the ideal image of teachers in higher vocational education from more angles and dimensions, more depth and breadth. To create a better future for higher vocational education with Chinese characteristics.
