【摘要】：當(dāng)前形勢(shì)下，職業(yè)院校實(shí)施的校企合作工學(xué)結(jié)合的教育模式順應(yīng)社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展需要，符合職業(yè)教育規(guī)律，對(duì)于培養(yǎng)大量的企業(yè)急需的高素質(zhì)技能型人才起到重要作用。校企合作實(shí)施實(shí)踐教學(xué)是職業(yè)教育提高教學(xué)質(zhì)量的主要途徑。在科技與經(jīng)濟(jì)關(guān)系日益密切的時(shí)代中，各個(gè)職業(yè)院校在發(fā)展中都十分重視與企業(yè)的合作。但是，目前高職院校開展校企合作工學(xué)結(jié)合所取得的實(shí)際效果并不盡如人意。對(duì)職業(yè)院校來說，應(yīng)該采取怎樣的校企合作教育模式才能推動(dòng)自身的更好發(fā)展和人才培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量的提高，研究如何深入、有效開展校企合作工學(xué)結(jié)合的教育模式，使其達(dá)到職業(yè)教育人才培養(yǎng)的目標(biāo)，就成為一個(gè)需要研究的課題。 本文旨在對(duì)職業(yè)院校開展校企合作工學(xué)結(jié)合模式的過程中遇到的問題進(jìn)行研究，通過對(duì)目前校企合作現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行梳理，找出校企合作的有效運(yùn)作模式。文章主要分為六個(gè)部分。第一部分對(duì)職業(yè)教育實(shí)踐教學(xué)中校企合作問題提出的背景作了闡述，，并分析了課題研究的意義；第二部分對(duì)職業(yè)院校、校企合作等概念的定義和內(nèi)涵進(jìn)行了解讀，并論述了關(guān)于實(shí)踐教學(xué)中校企合作的國(guó)內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀；第三部分分析了實(shí)踐教學(xué)中校企合作開展的意義，指出了實(shí)踐教學(xué)中實(shí)行校企合作的理論依據(jù)，并分析了現(xiàn)階段制約職業(yè)院校校企合作開展的瓶頸；第四部分從校內(nèi)實(shí)踐教學(xué)中校企合作的開展和校外實(shí)踐教學(xué)中校企合作的開展兩個(gè)層面展開論述，并把國(guó)內(nèi)普遍的的校企合作教育模式與河北旅游職業(yè)學(xué)院旅游管理系實(shí)施的實(shí)踐教學(xué)中的校企合作進(jìn)行比較，研究了所探索模式的應(yīng)用效果，特別是“旅院”頂崗實(shí)習(xí)模式和“旅園合作”模式具有極大的推廣和應(yīng)用價(jià)值；第五部分針對(duì)現(xiàn)階段制約職業(yè)院校校企合作開展的瓶頸提出了激勵(lì)校企合作開展的對(duì)策；最后一部分預(yù)測(cè)了未來我國(guó)校企合作主流模式的特征，并展望了校企合作的發(fā)展前景。 校企合作只有堅(jiān)持共贏的思路，充分發(fā)揮校企雙方在校企合作工學(xué)結(jié)合中的優(yōu)勢(shì)，并使雙方充分享受校企合作工學(xué)結(jié)合教育模式帶來的成果，校企雙方的合作才會(huì)有活力，校企合作工學(xué)結(jié)合教育模式才能健康、深入的開展下去。
[Abstract]:Under the current situation, the educational model of the cooperation between the school and the enterprise, which is implemented by vocational colleges and universities, conforms to the needs of social and economic development and conforms to the rules of vocational education. It plays an important role in cultivating a large number of highly qualified skilled personnel that enterprises urgently need. The implementation of practical teaching in cooperation between schools and enterprises is the main way to improve the teaching quality of vocational education. In the era of increasingly close relationship between science and technology and economy, All vocational colleges attach great importance to the cooperation with enterprises in their development. However, the actual results obtained by the combination of university and enterprise cooperation in higher vocational colleges are not satisfactory. What kind of cooperative education mode should be adopted in order to promote their own better development and improve the quality of personnel training, to study how to deepen and effectively carry out the educational model of the cooperation between schools and enterprises in the combination of work and learning, To achieve the goal of vocational education personnel training, it has become a subject to be studied. The purpose of this paper is to study the problems encountered in the process of carrying out the mode of cooperation between school and enterprise in vocational colleges and universities, and to sort out the present situation of cooperation between schools and enterprises. The article is divided into six parts. The first part expounds the background of the cooperation between school and enterprise in the practical teaching of vocational education, and analyzes the significance of the research. The definition and connotation of the concept of school-enterprise cooperation are interpreted, and the current research situation of school-enterprise cooperation in practical teaching is discussed. The third part analyzes the significance of school-enterprise cooperation in practical teaching. This paper points out the theoretical basis for carrying out the cooperation between schools and enterprises in practical teaching, and analyzes the bottleneck restricting the cooperation between schools and enterprises in vocational colleges at this stage. The 4th part discusses the cooperation between the school and the enterprise in the practical teaching and the cooperation between the school and the enterprise in the practice teaching outside the school. In addition, the author compares the common school-enterprise cooperative education model in China with the practical teaching in the tourism management department of Hebei Tourism Vocational College, and studies the application effect of the explored model. Especially, the "tour college" practice model and the "tour park cooperation" model have great promotion and application value; 5th part of the bottleneck restricting the cooperation of vocational colleges and universities at the present stage proposed the countermeasures to encourage the cooperation between the school and the enterprise. The last part predicts the characteristics of the main mode of cooperation between schools and enterprises in the future, and looks forward to the development prospect of cooperation between schools and enterprises. The cooperation between schools and enterprises will have vitality only if they adhere to the win-win thinking, give full play to the advantages of the cooperation between schools and enterprises in the combination of work and learning, and make both sides fully enjoy the results of the education model of cooperation between schools and enterprises. The school-enterprise cooperation work-learning unifies the education pattern to be able to be healthy, carries on deeply.
