【摘要】：校園文化是在社會(huì)文化大環(huán)境中,由學(xué)校師生在教育、教學(xué)活動(dòng)中所創(chuàng)造的具有校園特色的物質(zhì)財(cái)富和精神財(cái)富的總和,包括物質(zhì)文化、制度文化、行為文化和精神文化四個(gè)層面。高職校園文化是高職院校特有的校園文化,對(duì)于高職教育的發(fā)展和高職人才的培養(yǎng)具有重要作用。校園文化建設(shè)是學(xué)校育人工作的重要環(huán)節(jié),對(duì)于促進(jìn)學(xué)校教育思想的提升、教育管理的優(yōu)化和教育改革的推進(jìn),營造校園文化氛圍,提升校園精神,形成優(yōu)良的校風(fēng),培養(yǎng)大批適應(yīng)社會(huì)需要的高素質(zhì)人才,具有重大意義。加強(qiáng)高職校園文化建設(shè)既是高職教育改革和發(fā)展的需要,也是高職院校健康、穩(wěn)定、和諧發(fā)展的內(nèi)在要求。 文章共分四章,第一章《導(dǎo)言》,主要分析高職校園文化建設(shè)的研究背景、意義、現(xiàn)狀、內(nèi)容與方法,對(duì)本課題研究形成一個(gè)總體把握。第二章《高職校園文化概述》,主要論述了高職校園文化的內(nèi)涵、特點(diǎn)與功能。第三章《高職校園文化建設(shè)的現(xiàn)狀分析》,主要總結(jié)了當(dāng)前高職校園文化建設(shè)中存在的七個(gè)問題,并從四個(gè)方面分析了問題存在的原因。第四章《加強(qiáng)高職校園文化建設(shè)的對(duì)策建議》,提出了加強(qiáng)高職校園文化建設(shè)的八個(gè)基本原則、六個(gè)主要措施及應(yīng)注意的四個(gè)問題。 本文擬解決的關(guān)鍵問題是明確高職校園文化的概念、特點(diǎn)與功能,在分析當(dāng)前高職校園文化建設(shè)現(xiàn)狀的基礎(chǔ)上,提出高職校園文化建設(shè)的主要措施。本文主要?jiǎng)?chuàng)新點(diǎn)有三：一是突出高職校園文化的職業(yè)性和實(shí)踐性；二是在實(shí)踐的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)高職校園文化建設(shè)進(jìn)行理論思考和提升；三是突出企業(yè)在高職校園文化建設(shè)中的作用。 通過本課題研究,明確了高職校園文化的內(nèi)涵、特點(diǎn)與功能,高職校園文化建設(shè)中存在的問題及其存在的原因,高職校園文化建設(shè)的基本原則、主要措施以及應(yīng)注意的有關(guān)問題,有利于提高高職院校加強(qiáng)校園文化建設(shè)的主動(dòng)性和實(shí)效性,為高職院校加強(qiáng)校園文化建設(shè)提供了理論依據(jù)和實(shí)踐參考。
[Abstract]:Campus culture is the sum of material wealth and spiritual wealth created by teachers and students in education and teaching activities in the social and cultural environment, including material culture, institutional culture, and so on. The campus culture of higher vocational colleges is the unique campus culture of higher vocational colleges, which plays an important role in the development of higher vocational education and the cultivation of higher vocational talents, and the construction of campus culture is an important link in the work of educating people. To promote the promotion of school education thought, the optimization of education management and the promotion of educational reform, to create the campus cultural atmosphere, to promote the campus spirit, to form a good school spirit, to train a large number of high-quality talents who can meet the needs of the society. Strengthening the construction of campus culture in higher vocational education is not only the need of the reform and development of higher vocational education, but also the inherent requirement of healthy, stable and harmonious development of higher vocational colleges. The article is divided into four chapters, the first chapter "introduction", mainly analyzes the research background, significance, current situation, content and methods of campus culture construction in higher vocational education. The second chapter "outline of Campus Culture in higher Vocational Education", mainly discusses the connotation of campus culture in higher vocational education. Chapter three, "Analysis of the present situation of Campus Culture Construction in higher Vocational Education", summarizes the seven problems existing in the construction of campus culture in higher vocational education. The author analyzes the causes of the problems from four aspects. Chapter 4th, "Countermeasures and suggestions for strengthening the Construction of Campus Culture in higher Vocational Colleges", puts forward eight basic principles, six main measures and four problems that should be paid attention to in strengthening the construction of campus culture in higher vocational colleges. The key problem to be solved in this paper is to clarify the concept, characteristics and functions of campus culture in higher vocational education, and on the basis of analyzing the current situation of campus culture construction in higher vocational education, This paper puts forward the main measures for the construction of campus culture in higher vocational education. There are three main innovations in this paper: one is to highlight the professionalism and practicality of campus culture in higher vocational colleges, the other is to think and promote the construction of campus culture in higher vocational colleges theoretically on the basis of practice. The third is to highlight the role of enterprises in the construction of higher vocational campus culture. Through the research of this subject, the connotation, characteristics and functions of the campus culture of higher vocational education, the problems existing in the construction of campus culture of higher vocational education and the reasons for its existence, the basic principles of the construction of campus culture in higher vocational education are clarified. The main measures and related problems should be paid attention to, which will help to improve the initiative and effectiveness of strengthening campus culture construction in higher vocational colleges, and provide theoretical basis and practical reference for higher vocational colleges to strengthen campus culture construction.
