【摘要】：加強(qiáng)職業(yè)院校均衡發(fā)展,不僅是實(shí)現(xiàn)職業(yè)教育統(tǒng)籌兼顧、科學(xué)發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵措施,也是實(shí)現(xiàn)我國(guó)教育公平的重要途徑。隨著智能化與大數(shù)據(jù)時(shí)代步伐的加快,信息資源越來(lái)越成為影響職業(yè)院校辦學(xué)水平的重要因素,但掌握的信息不對(duì)稱加劇了區(qū)域職業(yè)院校間的非均衡發(fā)展。文章基于信息不對(duì)稱理論,分析了區(qū)域職業(yè)院校信息不對(duì)稱的表現(xiàn),并提出了規(guī)避區(qū)域職業(yè)院校信息不對(duì)稱的對(duì)策:基于信號(hào)傳遞,促進(jìn)占據(jù)信息優(yōu)勢(shì)的區(qū)域職業(yè)院校的信息分享;運(yùn)用信號(hào)甄別,誘使占據(jù)信息優(yōu)勢(shì)的區(qū)域職業(yè)院校的信息顯示;設(shè)計(jì)激勵(lì)機(jī)制,促進(jìn)區(qū)域職業(yè)院校間的信息交流;建設(shè)網(wǎng)絡(luò)平臺(tái),實(shí)現(xiàn)區(qū)域職業(yè)院校間的信息共享;加強(qiáng)市場(chǎng)監(jiān)管,營(yíng)造區(qū)域職業(yè)院校共享合作的氛圍。
[Abstract]:Strengthening the balanced development of vocational colleges and universities is not only a key measure to realize the overall consideration and scientific development of vocational education, but also an important way to realize the equality of education in our country. Information resources are becoming more and more important factors affecting the level of running vocational colleges and universities, but the information asymmetry intensifies the unbalanced development of the regional vocational colleges. This paper is based on the theory of information asymmetry. This paper analyzes the performance of information asymmetry in regional vocational colleges and universities, and puts forward some countermeasures to avoid the information asymmetry in regional vocational colleges: based on signal transmission, it promotes the information sharing of the regional vocational colleges that occupy the information superiority; Induces the information display of the regional vocational colleges that occupy the information superiority; designs the incentive mechanism to promote the information exchange among the regional vocational colleges; builds the network platform, realizes the information sharing among the regional vocational colleges; strengthens the market supervision, Create regional vocational colleges and universities to share the atmosphere of cooperation.
