【摘要】：企業(yè)是國(guó)家創(chuàng)新體系的重要主體,高企業(yè)創(chuàng)新能力是創(chuàng)新型國(guó)家的核心特征。美國(guó)和日本作為擁有全球頂級(jí)創(chuàng)新企業(yè)數(shù)量最多的國(guó)家,成為國(guó)際上創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動(dòng)發(fā)展模式國(guó)家的典范。在其強(qiáng)大而完備的知識(shí)應(yīng)用體系支撐知識(shí)、技術(shù)的迅速商業(yè)化以轉(zhuǎn)換為現(xiàn)實(shí)生產(chǎn)力的外部制度環(huán)境之外,企業(yè)創(chuàng)新的根本依賴于技術(shù)創(chuàng)新,技術(shù)創(chuàng)新又依賴于知識(shí)創(chuàng)新與知識(shí)傳播。從國(guó)家創(chuàng)新體系理論視角出發(fā),擁有高企業(yè)創(chuàng)新能力的美國(guó)和日本,職業(yè)教育與培訓(xùn)體系在其國(guó)家創(chuàng)新體系中發(fā)揮著重要的技術(shù)知識(shí)傳播與創(chuàng)新復(fù)合型創(chuàng)新型人力資源培養(yǎng)與輸送、終身學(xué)習(xí)機(jī)會(huì)創(chuàng)造與供給等作用,對(duì)企業(yè)創(chuàng)新能力提升有著深層而持續(xù)的影響。
[Abstract]:The enterprise is the main body of the national innovation system, the high enterprise innovation ability is the core characteristic of the innovative country. The United States and Japan are the countries with the largest number of top innovation enterprises in the world. To become an international model of innovation-driven development model countries. Besides its strong and complete knowledge application system supporting knowledge, the rapid commercialization of technology to transform into the external institutional environment of real productivity. Enterprise innovation depends on technological innovation, and technological innovation depends on knowledge innovation and knowledge dissemination. From the perspective of national innovation system theory, the United States and Japan, which have high enterprise innovation ability, The system of vocational education and training plays an important role in the national innovation system, such as the dissemination of technical knowledge and the cultivation and transmission of innovative human resources, the creation and supply of lifelong learning opportunities, etc. It has a deep and lasting influence on the improvement of enterprise innovation ability.
