大理市中職學(xué)生思想道德現(xiàn)狀調(diào)查與對(duì)策研究

【摘要】:近幾年來,我國(guó)中等職業(yè)教育在國(guó)家重視下,中等職業(yè)教育得到較大發(fā)展,當(dāng)前中職學(xué)校德育取得一定成效,中職學(xué)生思想道德素質(zhì)得到顯著提高。隨著社會(huì)的發(fā)展,各種文化的交融,中職學(xué)生因?yàn)槟挲g小,缺乏是非觀念和判斷能力,社會(huì)上的不良風(fēng)氣對(duì)中職學(xué)生良好思想道德形成造成一定的消極影響,中職學(xué)生在思想道德方面存在一些問題,影響著中職學(xué)生的健康成長(zhǎng)。大理市地處祖國(guó)邊疆,是滇緬、滇藏公路的必經(jīng)之地,古有茶馬古道,屬滇西要塞,有獨(dú)特的地理、歷史條件,外來人口較多、較雜,這里居住著漢族、白族、回族、彝族、傈僳族等民族,民族文化、多元文化在這里交匯融合,網(wǎng)絡(luò)的發(fā)達(dá),而中職學(xué)生正處于青春叛逆期,對(duì)紛繁復(fù)雜的社會(huì)、缺乏判斷能力,從眾的思想特點(diǎn)突出,因此中職學(xué)校的思想道德教育面臨嚴(yán)峻的形勢(shì)。大理市以優(yōu)美的自然環(huán)境為依托,大力發(fā)展旅游業(yè),運(yùn)輸業(yè)、乳制品廠、食品加工、民族工藝等產(chǎn)業(yè)蓬勃發(fā)展,產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展需要大量高素質(zhì)勞動(dòng)者,大理市的中等職業(yè)教育得到快速發(fā)展。中職學(xué)生是未來國(guó)家建設(shè)和地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的中堅(jiān)力量,切實(shí)提高中職學(xué)生思想道德教育的時(shí)效性和可行性,對(duì)培養(yǎng)高素質(zhì)勞動(dòng)者、促進(jìn)地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展、維護(hù)良好的社會(huì)秩序有著重要作用。以對(duì)云南省大理市中職學(xué)校中職學(xué)生的調(diào)查為基礎(chǔ),深入了解大理市中職學(xué)生的政治素質(zhì)、思想道德素質(zhì)、心理素質(zhì)、學(xué)校的思想政治教育狀況,以及在當(dāng)下的社會(huì)環(huán)境及條件下學(xué)生在思想政治、思想道德素質(zhì)等方面發(fā)生的一些變化。運(yùn)用問卷調(diào)查和訪談的方式,了解大理市中職學(xué)生當(dāng)前思想道德教育方面的成功之處和需要完善的地方。從中職學(xué)生本身、家庭、學(xué)校、社會(huì)多角度的對(duì)大理市中職學(xué)生思想道德狀況進(jìn)行有根據(jù)的調(diào)查,針對(duì)大理市中職學(xué)生的實(shí)際,提出有針對(duì)性的教育措施,旨在提高大理市中職學(xué)生思想道德教育方法的實(shí)效性與措施的可行性,提高大理市中職學(xué)生思想道德水平,促進(jìn)大理市中職學(xué)生健康全面發(fā)展。結(jié)合大理地區(qū)的地域性、民族性和經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展趨勢(shì),研究大理市中職學(xué)生的思想道德狀況的特點(diǎn),探尋適合大理地區(qū)中職學(xué)校思想道德教育的有效路徑,關(guān)注大理市中職學(xué)生的身心健康發(fā)展,對(duì)大理市中職學(xué)校實(shí)施思想道德方面的教育提供實(shí)證依據(jù),對(duì)大理市中職學(xué)生的職業(yè)發(fā)展、社會(huì)發(fā)展、人生發(fā)展做出積極、有益的探索。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the secondary vocational education in our country has been greatly developed under the attention of the state. At present, the moral education of secondary vocational schools has made certain achievements, and the ideological and moral quality of secondary vocational school students has been improved significantly. Due to the blending of various cultures, secondary vocational school students have a certain negative impact on the formation of good ideology and morality of secondary vocational school students because of their young age, lack of sense of right and wrong and their ability to judge. There are some problems in the ideological and moral aspects of secondary vocational school students, which affect the healthy growth of secondary vocational students. Dali is located in the border of the motherland, is the necessary place of Yunnan and Myanmar, Yunnan-Tibet highway, ancient tea horse road, is a fortress in western Yunnan, with unique geography. Historical conditions, the foreign population is relatively large, more miscellaneous, here live the Han, Bai, Hui, Yi, Lisu and other ethnic groups, ethnic culture, the integration of multicultural here, the development of the network, and secondary vocational students are in a period of youth rebellious. Because of the lack of judgment ability and the prominent ideological characteristics of the masses, the ideological and moral education of secondary vocational schools is facing a grim situation. Dali, relying on the beautiful natural environment, vigorously develops tourism and transportation, The dairy products factory, food processing, national craft and other industries are booming, and the development of the industry requires a large number of high-quality workers. The secondary vocational education in Dali City has developed rapidly. Vocational students are the backbone of national construction and regional economic development in the future. It is necessary to improve the timeliness and feasibility of the ideological and moral education of secondary vocational school students, so as to train high-quality workers. It is important to promote the development of regional economy and maintain good social order. Based on the investigation of secondary vocational school students in Dali City, Yunnan Province, we have a deep understanding of the political quality, ideological and moral quality of secondary vocational school students in Dali City. Psychological quality, the status of ideological and political education in schools, and some changes in the ideological and political, ideological and moral qualities of students in the current social environment and conditions. To understand the success of the current ideological and moral education of secondary vocational students in Dali and the places that need to be improved. From the perspective of the students themselves, their families, their schools, and the society, they conduct a well-founded investigation into the ideological and moral situation of the students in the secondary vocational schools in Dali. In view of the actual situation of secondary vocational students in Dali City, this paper puts forward targeted educational measures to improve the effectiveness and feasibility of the methods of ideological and moral education for secondary vocational school students in Dali City, and to improve the ideological and moral level of students in secondary vocational schools in Dali City. To promote the healthy and comprehensive development of secondary vocational students in Dali City. Combining with the regional, national and economic development trends of Dali, this paper studies the characteristics of the ideological and moral status of secondary vocational students in Dali City. To explore the effective path of ideological and moral education in Dali secondary vocational schools, to pay attention to the physical and mental health development of secondary vocational school students in Dali, and to provide an empirical basis for the implementation of ideological and moral education in secondary vocational schools in Dali.
