【摘要】：有關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)調(diào)查表明:剛?cè)胄５男律蜃陨聿贿m應(yīng)而導(dǎo)致休學(xué)或退學(xué)的學(xué)生人數(shù)每年呈上升趨勢。高職新生正處于人生的重要轉(zhuǎn)折點,面臨著生活環(huán)境、學(xué)習(xí)內(nèi)容、人際交往等諸多方面的改變,從而產(chǎn)生學(xué)習(xí)上的困惑和難以逾越的過渡期。任課老師適時調(diào)整和變換教學(xué)方式,充分激發(fā)學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)興趣從而調(diào)動起他們的自覺性和主動性,有助于學(xué)生克服學(xué)習(xí)上的困惑及障礙,順利完成學(xué)業(yè)。
[Abstract]:The relevant data survey shows that the number of freshmen who quit or drop out of school due to their own inadaptability is on the rise every year. Higher vocational freshmen are at an important turning point in their lives, facing the living environment and learning content. Interpersonal communication and other aspects of the changes, resulting in learning confusion and insurmountable transition period. Teachers timely adjust and change the teaching methods, fully stimulate the students' interest in learning, so as to arouse their consciousness and initiative. Help students overcome the confusion and obstacles in learning, and successfully complete their studies.
