【摘要】：我國高職教育以示范性院校建設(shè)為標(biāo)志,從初始階段的跨越式發(fā)展邁入了注重質(zhì)量提升、創(chuàng)新管理機制的內(nèi)涵建設(shè)常態(tài)化階段�；诤诵母偁幜碚摵透偁巸�(yōu)勢理論,采用AHP層次分析法,構(gòu)建了示范性高職院校競爭優(yōu)勢評價指數(shù),以湖北省示范性高職院校(國家級、省級)2015-2016年數(shù)據(jù)為樣本,檢驗了示范性高職院校的競爭優(yōu)勢,驗證了模型的合理性,為高職院校競爭優(yōu)勢培育提供了理論與數(shù)據(jù)支持。
[Abstract]:China's higher vocational education, marked by the construction of exemplary colleges, has stepped from the leap-forward development in the initial stage to the regular stage of focusing on quality improvement and the connotation construction of innovative management mechanism, based on the core competitiveness theory and the competitive advantage theory. Using AHP analytic hierarchy process (AHP), this paper constructs the evaluation index of the competitive advantage of the model higher vocational colleges. Taking the data of the demonstration vocational colleges (national and provincial level, 2015-2016) as the sample, the paper tests the competitive advantages of the model vocational colleges. It verifies the rationality of the model and provides theoretical and data support for the cultivation of competitive advantage in higher vocational colleges.
