【摘要】:文化是一個(gè)比較大的概念,人類產(chǎn)生的標(biāo)志之一也是文化,人類不能脫離文化而單獨(dú)存在。文化制約并影響著人類社會(huì)的發(fā)展,形成團(tuán)體意識(shí)與團(tuán)體規(guī)范,使個(gè)人與群體得到發(fā)展。若幼兒園不談,班級(jí)是個(gè)體首個(gè)接觸到的具有社會(huì)性質(zhì)的群體組織,是學(xué)校的基本單位,是學(xué)生生活于其中的文化載體。關(guān)注學(xué)生的身心成長(zhǎng),就不能不重視學(xué)生的班級(jí)文化。班級(jí)文化對(duì)學(xué)生個(gè)體成長(zhǎng)與發(fā)展的影響看不見、摸不著,但卻是巨大而深遠(yuǎn)的。學(xué)生行為特征的改善甚至改變,除關(guān)注其家庭成長(zhǎng)外,了解班級(jí)文化及其建設(shè)亦是不可忽視的方面。目前有關(guān)班級(jí)文化建設(shè)的研究越來(lái)越多,無(wú)論是理論研究還是實(shí)踐考證都在同步推進(jìn)中,但仍以理論探討為主,本研究的目的是:為學(xué)生營(yíng)造更好的成長(zhǎng)環(huán)境;提供建設(shè)優(yōu)良班級(jí)文化的基本理念、設(shè)計(jì)構(gòu)想及操作范例,形成建設(shè)班級(jí)文化的初步實(shí)踐;為創(chuàng)建適切中職班級(jí)文化建設(shè)做一點(diǎn)積極的嘗試;诖,為了對(duì)班級(jí)文化建設(shè)有全面地了解,系統(tǒng)呈現(xiàn)班級(jí)文化的理論與實(shí)踐探索,為班級(jí)文化建設(shè)提供補(bǔ)充資料,與同行分享研究所得,本文擬以五章展開研究。第一部分是緒論部分。主要包括問(wèn)題的提出、研究的國(guó)內(nèi)外現(xiàn)狀、研究的目的與意義、研究方法。第二部分是班級(jí)文化建設(shè)概述。主要內(nèi)容有班級(jí)、班級(jí)文化、班級(jí)文化建設(shè)核心概念的界定。所涉及的是班級(jí)文化的理論研究方面。第三部分是中等職業(yè)學(xué)校班級(jí)文化建設(shè)的現(xiàn)狀、問(wèn)題與原因分析。主要有四方面,一是調(diào)查對(duì)象及方法的選取,二是關(guān)于內(nèi)蒙古民族幼兒師范藝術(shù)學(xué)校為例的中職班級(jí)文化建設(shè)的現(xiàn)狀調(diào)查,三是中等職業(yè)學(xué)校班級(jí)文化建設(shè)中存在的問(wèn)題,四是中等職業(yè)學(xué)校班級(jí)文化建設(shè)問(wèn)題的原因分析。第四部分是班級(jí)文化建設(shè)的對(duì)策研究。這是班級(jí)文化建設(shè)的實(shí)質(zhì)所在。對(duì)策探討主要從教師、學(xué)生以及教師、學(xué)生、學(xué)校與家長(zhǎng)協(xié)調(diào)處理幾者間的關(guān)系進(jìn)行探討,希望提出的策略盡量詳細(xì)適切,對(duì)實(shí)際的班級(jí)文化建設(shè)工作有所指導(dǎo)與借鑒。第五部分是結(jié)論部分。概述本研究并得出相應(yīng)的研究結(jié)論。
[Abstract]:Culture is a relatively big concept, and one of the symbols of human being is culture. Human beings cannot exist alone without culture. Culture restricts and affects the development of human society, and forms group consciousness and group norm. If kindergarten does not talk about it, the class is the first group organization with social nature that individuals come into contact with, is the basic unit of the school, is the cultural carrier in which the students live, and pays attention to the students' physical and mental growth. The influence of class culture on the individual growth and development of students can not be seen or touched, but it is huge and far-reaching. The improvement or even change of students' behavior characteristics, besides paying attention to their family growth, Understanding class culture and its construction is also an important aspect. At present, there are more and more researches on the construction of class culture. Both theoretical research and practical textual research are advancing simultaneously, but they still focus on theoretical discussion. The purpose of this study is to create a better environment for students to grow up, to provide the basic idea of constructing fine class culture, to design ideas and operation examples, and to form the preliminary practice of building class culture. Based on this, in order to have a comprehensive understanding of class culture construction, to systematically present the theory and practice of class culture, to provide supplementary materials for class culture construction. The first part is the introduction part. It mainly includes the questions raised, the domestic and foreign situation of the research, the purpose and significance of the research. The second part is an overview of class culture construction. The definition of the core concept of class culture construction. It involves the theoretical research of class culture. The third part is the status quo of class culture construction in secondary vocational schools, problems and reasons analysis. There are four main aspects. The first is the selection of investigation objects and methods, the second is the investigation on the current situation of the construction of secondary vocational class culture in Inner Mongolia ethnic normal School for example, and the third is the problems existing in the class culture construction of secondary vocational school. Part 4th is the countermeasure research of class culture construction. This is the essence of class culture construction. The countermeasures are mainly discussed from teachers, students, teachers and students. The school and the parents coordinate to deal with the relationship between several people for discussion, hoping that the proposed strategy is as detailed as possible. The 5th part is the conclusion part. Summarizes this research and draws the corresponding research conclusion.
