【摘要】：中職教育是我國(guó)職業(yè)教育的重要組成部分，其主要功能是培養(yǎng)符合社會(huì)主義建設(shè)需要的技能型人才。隨著近年來中職教育的擴(kuò)招，社會(huì)對(duì)中職畢業(yè)生的質(zhì)量要求也在提高，創(chuàng)建一流的中等職業(yè)教育,必須依靠一流的師資隊(duì)伍，尤其是具有豐富實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn)的實(shí)訓(xùn)教師。 目前，我國(guó)的中職實(shí)訓(xùn)教師在專業(yè)能力水平及培養(yǎng)上都存在一定的問題。本文列舉國(guó)外中職教育發(fā)達(dá)的國(guó)家實(shí)訓(xùn)教師的現(xiàn)狀及其管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)，并通過對(duì)筆者所在地區(qū)幾所有代表性的中職學(xué)校實(shí)訓(xùn)教師的問卷調(diào)查，對(duì)問卷結(jié)果進(jìn)行分類、匯總、統(tǒng)計(jì)、計(jì)算、制表，得出有意義的數(shù)據(jù)，來了解國(guó)內(nèi)實(shí)訓(xùn)教師基本情況及專業(yè)能力的現(xiàn)狀，分析我國(guó)中等職業(yè)學(xué)校實(shí)訓(xùn)教師在專業(yè)能力培養(yǎng)方面存在的問題及其原因。結(jié)合工作實(shí)際總結(jié)并分析中等職業(yè)學(xué)校實(shí)訓(xùn)教師應(yīng)具備的素質(zhì)和能力、影響中職學(xué)校實(shí)訓(xùn)教師專業(yè)能力水平的因素，，在此基礎(chǔ)上提出了提高我國(guó)中職實(shí)訓(xùn)教師專業(yè)能力的對(duì)策和建議。包括制定導(dǎo)向性政策、健全相關(guān)法律；嚴(yán)把實(shí)訓(xùn)教師的起點(diǎn)關(guān)、保證實(shí)訓(xùn)教師的在職進(jìn)修、完善激勵(lì)制度、設(shè)立符合實(shí)訓(xùn)教師工作特點(diǎn)的評(píng)審制度；多種方法并用提高中職學(xué)校實(shí)訓(xùn)教師的專業(yè)知識(shí)和專業(yè)技能；提高認(rèn)識(shí)加強(qiáng)師德建設(shè)等。
[Abstract]:Secondary vocational education is an important part of vocational education in China, and its main function is to train skilled talents who meet the needs of socialist construction. With the expansion of secondary vocational education in recent years, the quality requirements of secondary vocational school graduates are also being raised. To establish the first-class secondary vocational education, we must rely on the first-class teachers, especially the practical teachers with rich practical experience. At present, there are some problems in the level of professional ability and training of practical teachers in our country. This paper enumerates the present situation and management experience of practical teachers in countries with developed secondary vocational education. And through the questionnaire survey of all representative secondary vocational school teachers in my area, the results of the questionnaire are classified, collected, counted, calculated, tabulated, and meaningful data are obtained. To understand the basic situation of domestic practical teachers and the current situation of their professional abilities, This paper analyzes the problems and causes of training teachers in secondary vocational schools in terms of their professional abilities, summarizes and analyzes the qualities and abilities of practical teachers in secondary vocational schools. On the basis of the factors affecting the professional ability of practical teachers in secondary vocational schools, the author puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to improve the professional competence of practical teachers in China, including formulating guiding policies, perfecting relevant laws, strictly controlling the starting point of practical teachers, To ensure the on-the-job training of practical teachers, perfect the incentive system, set up the evaluation system that accords with the working characteristics of practical teachers; use various methods to improve the professional knowledge and professional skills of practical teachers in secondary vocational schools; enhance the understanding and strengthen the construction of teachers' ethics, etc.
