【摘要】：目的:探索培養(yǎng)社區(qū)藥學服務(wù)人才的醫(yī)學課程建設(shè)。方法:根據(jù)高職高專藥學專業(yè)培養(yǎng)面向社區(qū)藥學服務(wù)崗位的人才定位要求,我校就優(yōu)化醫(yī)學課程結(jié)構(gòu)、精選課程教學內(nèi)容、強化職業(yè)能力培養(yǎng)、滲透人文教育幾方面來加強醫(yī)學課程建設(shè)。結(jié)果:在醫(yī)學課程結(jié)構(gòu)方面,我校將基礎(chǔ)醫(yī)學學科和臨床醫(yī)學學科分別綜合為基礎(chǔ)醫(yī)學概論和臨床醫(yī)學概論兩門課程。在教學內(nèi)容的選取方面,以淡化醫(yī)學課程的學科意識,不一味地追求各學科知識的系統(tǒng)性和完整性;遵循醫(yī)學學科之間的邏輯關(guān)系;滿足社區(qū)藥學服務(wù)崗位工作的要求為原則來選取相關(guān)醫(yī)學教學內(nèi)容。增加實踐教學內(nèi)容,強化社區(qū)藥學服務(wù)的職業(yè)技能培養(yǎng),并將人文教育滲入相關(guān)的教學和實踐中。結(jié)論:通過加強醫(yī)學課程建設(shè),使醫(yī)學課程結(jié)構(gòu)和教學內(nèi)容能夠更好地滿足"懂醫(yī)精藥"社區(qū)藥學服務(wù)人才培養(yǎng)目標的要求。
[Abstract]:Objective: to explore the construction of medical curriculum for cultivating community pharmaceutical service personnel. Methods: according to the requirement of talent orientation for community pharmaceutical service post training in pharmacy major in higher vocational colleges, we should optimize the structure of medical curriculum and select the teaching contents of the course. Strengthen vocational ability training, permeate humanities education to strengthen medical curriculum construction. Results: in medical curriculum structure, The subjects of basic medicine and clinical medicine are integrated into two courses: introduction of basic medicine and introduction of clinical medicine. In the selection of teaching contents, the course consciousness of medical course is desalinated. We should not blindly pursue the systematicness and integrality of the knowledge of various disciplines, follow the logical relationship between medical disciplines, meet the requirements of community pharmaceutical service posts to select relevant medical teaching contents, and increase the content of practical teaching. Strengthen the training of vocational skills of community pharmaceutical service, and infiltrate humanistic education into relevant teaching and practice. Conclusion: through strengthening the construction of medical curriculum, Medical curriculum structure and teaching content can better meet the needs of community pharmaceutical service personnel training goals.
