【摘要】：職業(yè)教育是國家教育體系中的重要組成部分,它對(duì)社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展和勞動(dòng)就業(yè)的有著巨大的作用。自黨中央實(shí)施振興東北老工業(yè)基地戰(zhàn)略以來,沈陽經(jīng)濟(jì)有了飛速發(fā)展。在遼寧沿海經(jīng)濟(jì)帶開發(fā)開放上升為國家戰(zhàn)略,沈陽經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)獲批為國家新型工業(yè)化綜合配套改革試驗(yàn)區(qū)的重大機(jī)遇期,給沈陽市中等職業(yè)教育發(fā)展提供了千載難逢的機(jī)遇。 本文通過運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)法和比較研究等方法,對(duì)沈陽市中等職業(yè)教育的發(fā)展進(jìn)行了研究。具體內(nèi)容如下： 首先,對(duì)相關(guān)的理論和國內(nèi)外對(duì)中等職業(yè)教育研究現(xiàn)狀的綜述,從國家、省、市三級(jí)層面詳細(xì)闡述了我國中等職業(yè)教育的研究情況,并對(duì)德國、日本、美國等發(fā)達(dá)國家有關(guān)中等職業(yè)教育的研究成果進(jìn)行了闡述； 其次,從政策、經(jīng)濟(jì)、社會(huì)文化、技術(shù)四個(gè)方面對(duì)沈陽市中等職業(yè)教育宏觀發(fā)展環(huán)境進(jìn)行了分析,并從中等職業(yè)教育的辦學(xué)規(guī)模和結(jié)構(gòu)、辦學(xué)條件、教育經(jīng)費(fèi)的收入與支出、教育教學(xué)情況利用數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行了比較研究。 第三,利用SWOT分析法,分析了沈陽中等職業(yè)教育發(fā)展的優(yōu)勢(shì)與劣勢(shì)、發(fā)展機(jī)遇與面臨的挑戰(zhàn)。 第四,在前述分析基礎(chǔ)上,提出沈陽市中等職業(yè)教育發(fā)展發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略。并提出相應(yīng)的戰(zhàn)略措施。 本文也將為沈陽市中等職業(yè)教育戰(zhàn)略制定提供參考。
[Abstract]:Vocational education is an important part of the national education system, which plays an important role in social and economic development and labor and employment. Since the CPC Central Committee implemented the strategy of revitalizing the old industrial base in Northeast China, Shenyang's economy has developed rapidly. The development and opening up of Liaoning's coastal economic belt has become a national strategy, and Shenyang's economic zone has been approved as a major opportunity period for the comprehensive reform of the new type of industrialization. To Shenyang secondary vocational education development provides a rare opportunity. This paper studies the development of secondary vocational education in Shenyang by using the methods of literature and comparative study. The specific contents are as follows:. First of all, to the related theory and the domestic and foreign summary of the secondary vocational education research status, from the national, provincial, municipal level elaborated the secondary vocational education research situation in China, and Germany, Japan, The research results of secondary vocational education in the United States and other developed countries are expounded. Secondly, this paper analyzes the macro development environment of secondary vocational education in Shenyang from four aspects: policy, economy, social culture and technology, and analyzes the scale and structure of secondary vocational education, the conditions of running a school, the income and expenditure of educational funds. This paper makes a comparative study on the situation of education and teaching by using data. Thirdly, using SWOT analysis, this paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages, opportunities and challenges of the development of secondary vocational education in Shenyang. In 4th, on the basis of the above analysis, the development strategy of secondary vocational education in Shenyang was put forward, and the corresponding strategic measures were put forward. This article will also provide the reference for Shenyang secondary vocational education strategy formulation.
