【摘要】：民族地區(qū)職業(yè)教育承擔(dān)著民族文化傳承人才培養(yǎng)的重要職能,職業(yè)學(xué)校通過創(chuàng)新人才培養(yǎng)模式、推行現(xiàn)代學(xué)徒制、對接區(qū)域文化產(chǎn)業(yè)打造民族特色專業(yè)等策略,形成培養(yǎng)民族文化傳承人才的新模式。廣西立項一批中職示范特色校,實(shí)施職業(yè)教育民族文化傳承創(chuàng)新工程,以民族文化傳承創(chuàng)新職業(yè)教育基地建設(shè)為抓手,以民族特色項目建設(shè)為依托,在民族文化傳承、民族人才培養(yǎng)上進(jìn)行實(shí)踐探索。
[Abstract]:Vocational education in minority areas is playing an important role in the cultivation of national cultural heritage talents. Vocational schools carry out modern apprenticeship system through innovating the training mode of talents, and link up with regional cultural industries to create national characteristics, and so on. To form a new mode of training talents for the inheritance of national culture. Guangxi has set up a number of secondary vocational schools with model characteristics to carry out the national cultural heritage and innovation project of vocational education, with the construction of a vocational education base for the inheritance and innovation of national culture as the starting point. Based on the construction of national characteristic projects, this paper explores the inheritance of national culture and the cultivation of national talents.
