中等職業(yè)學(xué)校教師職業(yè)倦怠的成因與對(duì)策研究

【摘要】:職業(yè)倦怠是最近幾年心理學(xué)和教育學(xué)研究的一個(gè)有著重要應(yīng)用價(jià)值的課題。職業(yè)倦怠(亦稱(chēng)為工作倦怠)是職業(yè)壓力的一種,是指?jìng)(gè)體在職業(yè)環(huán)境中對(duì)長(zhǎng)期的情緒緊張?jiān)春腿穗H關(guān)系緊張的應(yīng)激反應(yīng)而表現(xiàn)出的一系列心理、生理綜合癥,是在工作重壓下產(chǎn)生的身心疲勞與耗竭的狀態(tài)。 相對(duì)于其他的職業(yè)而言,教師的職業(yè)倦怠有著其共性和個(gè)性。一般認(rèn)為,教師職業(yè)倦怠是指教師不能順利應(yīng)對(duì)工作壓力時(shí)情緒、認(rèn)知、行為等方面表現(xiàn)出的衰竭狀態(tài),是一種非正常的行為和心理。教師的這種職業(yè)倦怠狀態(tài)嚴(yán)重影響著教師的工作質(zhì)量和教師個(gè)人的生活質(zhì)量。與普通高中相比,我國(guó)中等職業(yè)教育發(fā)展相對(duì)緩慢,是整個(gè)教育中的薄弱環(huán)節(jié)。因此,中職教師的職業(yè)倦怠問(wèn)題更加突出。所以研究中職教師職業(yè)倦怠的問(wèn)題有著重要的理論意義和現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。 本文對(duì)職業(yè)倦怠的概念進(jìn)行了界定,對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外相關(guān)理論進(jìn)行了歸納分析,對(duì)中等職業(yè)學(xué)校教師職業(yè)倦怠現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了實(shí)證研究。筆者根據(jù)讀研期間所學(xué)的理論知識(shí),結(jié)合自身在中等職業(yè)學(xué)校12年的工作的經(jīng)驗(yàn),有針對(duì)性地制作了測(cè)試量表,并利用統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)理論指導(dǎo)樣本的選擇,數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì)和分析。利用量表,對(duì)長(zhǎng)沙市中等職業(yè)學(xué)校教師的職業(yè)倦怠現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行調(diào)研,有針對(duì)性地提出了可行的對(duì)策建議。
[Abstract]:Job burnout is a subject of great practical value in psychology and pedagogy research in recent years. Job burnout (also known as job burnout) is a kind of occupational stress. It refers to a series of psychological and physiological syndromes displayed by the individual in the occupational environment in response to the long-term stress sources of emotion and interpersonal tension. It is a state of physical and mental fatigue and exhaustion produced under the heavy pressure of work. Compared with other professions, teachers' job burnout has its own commonness and individuality. It is generally believed that teachers' job burnout refers to the exhaustion of teachers' emotional, cognitive, behavioral and other aspects when they are unable to cope with job stress smoothly. It is a kind of abnormal behavior and psychology. The teacher's job burnout seriously affects the teacher's work quality and the teacher's personal quality of life. Compared with the ordinary high school, the development of the secondary vocational education in our country is relatively slow. It is a weak link in the whole education. Therefore, the problem of vocational burnout of secondary vocational school teachers is more prominent. Therefore, it has important theoretical and practical significance to study the problem of vocational burnout of secondary vocational school teachers. This paper defines the concept of job burnout, summarizes and analyzes the relevant theories at home and abroad, and makes an empirical study on the present situation of burnout of teachers in secondary vocational schools. Based on the experience of 12 years in secondary vocational school, the test scale is made, and the statistical theory is used to guide the sample selection, data statistics and analysis. This paper investigates the present situation of teachers' job burnout in secondary vocational schools in Changsha, and puts forward some feasible countermeasures and suggestions.
