高等職業(yè)學(xué)院頂崗實(shí)習(xí)管理組織模式的研究

【摘要】:高職院校以培養(yǎng)高素質(zhì)技能型專(zhuān)門(mén)人才為根本任務(wù),“頂崗實(shí)習(xí)”是培養(yǎng)學(xué)生實(shí)踐能力的重要實(shí)踐性教學(xué)環(huán)節(jié)。目的是通過(guò)學(xué)校與社會(huì)的“零距離接觸”,彌補(bǔ)學(xué)生在校學(xué)習(xí)過(guò)程中實(shí)踐能力相對(duì)薄弱的缺點(diǎn)。但從管理角度上看,多數(shù)高職院校在頂崗實(shí)習(xí)過(guò)程中均普遍存在著缺乏規(guī)范化、科學(xué)化的監(jiān)管制度,使頂崗實(shí)習(xí)的效果大打折扣。從教育教學(xué)和學(xué)生的職業(yè)素質(zhì)成長(zhǎng)入手,通過(guò)實(shí)踐調(diào)查基礎(chǔ)之上的實(shí)證研究,將研究成果轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)楝F(xiàn)實(shí)應(yīng)用,可用來(lái)指導(dǎo)建立基于全程的監(jiān)控和管理組織模式,激發(fā)學(xué)生的自我管理意識(shí),強(qiáng)化校企合作共同監(jiān)管。 本文從高等職業(yè)學(xué)院的人才培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)入手,對(duì)頂崗實(shí)習(xí)的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析,重點(diǎn)研究了頂崗實(shí)習(xí)過(guò)程中突出存在的管理問(wèn)題,旨在提出改進(jìn)“頂崗實(shí)習(xí)”工作的對(duì)策,構(gòu)建現(xiàn)實(shí)可行的新的“頂崗實(shí)習(xí)”管理組織模式。 論文介紹了高職院校頂崗實(shí)習(xí)的意義及目的,分析了現(xiàn)行管理制度下頂崗實(shí)習(xí)活動(dòng)中出現(xiàn)的問(wèn)題,并進(jìn)行問(wèn)題歸類(lèi),確定了各種問(wèn)題的解決方式和方法;提出了新的“頂崗實(shí)習(xí)”管理組織模式的設(shè)想和構(gòu)思,并將這一設(shè)想的理想狀況與現(xiàn)實(shí)情況進(jìn)行了對(duì)比分析。在此基礎(chǔ)上針對(duì)高職院校和企業(yè)在頂崗實(shí)習(xí)教學(xué)中的合作、協(xié)調(diào)等問(wèn)題進(jìn)行了探索與論證,構(gòu)建了基于各自角色定位的高職院校、用人單位等多頭并管的頂崗實(shí)習(xí)管理模式。通過(guò)問(wèn)卷調(diào)查、數(shù)據(jù)分析等方式對(duì)該管理模式的組織建設(shè)、制度制定、過(guò)程監(jiān)控、質(zhì)量評(píng)價(jià)等方面進(jìn)行了進(jìn)一步的探索,構(gòu)建了新的“頂崗實(shí)習(xí)”管理組織模式,不僅有助于高職學(xué)院頂崗實(shí)習(xí)工作的健康發(fā)展,提高學(xué)生的就業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,也可為其它院系提供借鑒。
[Abstract]:The basic task of higher vocational colleges is to train high quality skilled professionals. "on-the-job practice" is an important practical teaching link to cultivate students' practical ability. The purpose is to make up for students through "zero distance contact" between school and society. The weakness of practice ability in the process of studying at school. But from the point of view of management, In most higher vocational colleges, there is a general lack of standardized and scientific supervision system in the process of job placement practice, which makes the effect of job placement practice greatly reduced, starting with the education and teaching and the students' professional quality growth. Through the empirical research on the basis of practical investigation, the research results can be transformed into practical application, which can be used to guide the establishment of the monitoring and management organization model based on the whole process, to stimulate students' self-management consciousness, and to strengthen the cooperation and joint supervision between schools and enterprises. Starting with the goal of cultivating talents in higher vocational colleges, this paper analyzes the present situation of job placement practice, focuses on the outstanding management problems in the process of job placement practice, and puts forward some countermeasures to improve the work of "job placement practice". Build a realistic and feasible new "post practice" management organization model. This paper introduces the significance and purpose of post practice in higher vocational colleges, analyzes the problems in the practice of post placement under the current management system, classifies the problems, and determines the ways and methods to solve the problems. This paper puts forward the assumption and conception of the new management organization mode of "post practice", and compares the ideal situation of this idea with the actual situation. On the basis of this, it aims at the cooperation of higher vocational colleges and enterprises in the teaching of job placement practice. This paper explores and demonstrates the problems such as coordination, and constructs the management model of multi-head and co-management of higher vocational colleges and employers based on their respective roles. The organization and construction of the management model are carried out by means of questionnaire survey, data analysis and so on. The system establishment, process monitoring and quality evaluation are further explored, and a new management model of "job placement" is constructed, which is not only helpful to the healthy development of job placement practice in higher vocational colleges, but also to improving the employment competitiveness of students. It can also be used for reference by other colleges and departments.
