【摘要】：當(dāng)前,中國傳統(tǒng)文化中尊師重道的師生倫理精神日益弱化,在一定程度上影響了職業(yè)院校和諧有序師生關(guān)系的構(gòu)建,而職業(yè)院校建立一種尊重、信任、對(duì)話、民主和合作的師生倫理精神則有助于扭轉(zhuǎn)這種師生關(guān)系的異化狀態(tài),并提高教育的實(shí)效性。為此,職業(yè)院校更應(yīng)重視校園文化體系的構(gòu)建,為師生倫理精神的生成提供直接的文化土壤。
[Abstract]:At present, the ethical spirit of respecting teachers and students in traditional Chinese culture is weakening day by day, which to some extent affects the construction of harmonious and orderly teacher-student relationship in vocational colleges, while vocational colleges establish a kind of respect, trust and dialogue. The ethical spirit of democracy and cooperation between teachers and students can help to reverse the alienation of teacher-student relationship and improve the effectiveness of education. Therefore, vocational colleges should pay more attention to the construction of campus culture system. To provide direct cultural soil for the formation of ethical spirit of teachers and students.
