【摘要】：近年來,受到互聯(lián)網(wǎng)等新興產(chǎn)業(yè)的沖擊,線下實體產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展越來越困難,尤其是傳統(tǒng)的加工產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展更是舉步維艱。在這樣的背景下,相關(guān)行業(yè)的競爭必然加大,畢業(yè)生找工作也越來越難。因此,鼓勵相關(guān)專業(yè)的學(xué)生進行自主創(chuàng)新、自主創(chuàng)業(yè)是解決就業(yè)難的重要途徑。茶葉加工專業(yè)學(xué)生雖然相較于普通大學(xué)生具有自身獨特的競爭優(yōu)勢,但是依然免不了就業(yè)難、工資低等問題。因此,在高校中對茶葉加工手藝進行針對性的擴展培養(yǎng),通過高校與企業(yè)合作展開高校創(chuàng)業(yè)教育來提升茶葉加工專業(yè)學(xué)生在校期間的創(chuàng)業(yè)能力,有利于茶葉加工學(xué)生就業(yè),增強創(chuàng)業(yè)動力,開啟具有中國特色的高校創(chuàng)業(yè)教育新模式。
[Abstract]:In recent years, under the impact of the Internet and other emerging industries, offline physical industry development is becoming more and more difficult, especially the traditional processing industry development is even more difficult. In this context, the competition of related industries will inevitably increase. It is becoming more and more difficult for graduates to find jobs. Therefore, it is an important way to solve the problem of employment by encouraging students of relevant majors to make independent innovations and to start their own businesses. Although tea processing students have their own unique competitive advantages over ordinary college students, However, it is still inevitable to avoid the problems of employment and low wages. Therefore, in colleges and universities, we should expand the cultivation of tea processing skills. Through the cooperation between universities and enterprises, we can promote the entrepreneurial ability of tea processing students during the school period, which is beneficial to the employment of tea processing students, enhance the entrepreneurial motivation, and open a new mode of entrepreneurship education with Chinese characteristics in colleges and universities.
