【摘要】：高職高專學(xué)生德育教學(xué)專門研究具有雙重意義：從實(shí)踐層面來看，既有助于掌握高職高專學(xué)生思想道德修養(yǎng)的現(xiàn)狀，完善高職高專大學(xué)生德育體系建設(shè)；又有助于促進(jìn)馬克思主義理論教育在德育教學(xué)工作領(lǐng)域的深化，建構(gòu)適合高職高專學(xué)生特點(diǎn)的德育教材。從理論層面來看，這是一項(xiàng)關(guān)于馬克思主義理論教育學(xué)與教育管理學(xué)的跨學(xué)科研究，有關(guān)的研究成果有助于高職高專院校改善在校學(xué)生思想道德狀況，使其更適合“90后”大學(xué)生的特點(diǎn)；有助于改善高職高專院校“德育”課程的教學(xué)，從而推動該類高校學(xué)生管理水平更上一層樓。 本文除引言、結(jié)語外，共分為四大部分。 引言部分，介紹選題背景和研究意義、國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀及發(fā)展趨勢，闡述研究思路與研究方法，分析本課題的研究重點(diǎn)、研究難點(diǎn)與創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)。 第一部分，介紹德育教學(xué)的歷史考察，闡述從封建社會的德育到“現(xiàn)代德育”傳入我國后的發(fā)展歷程，特別詳細(xì)闡述十一屆三中全會后我國的德育建設(shè)，每一屆中央政府都提出了具有時代特色的德育理論來指導(dǎo)我國的德育建設(shè)。 第二部分，闡述我國高職院校德育教學(xué)內(nèi)容的特點(diǎn)。我國目前高職院校的德育教育，，主要是采取授課的方式進(jìn)行，德育教材內(nèi)容涵蓋相對比較全面。但縱觀德育教材的演變和實(shí)際授課效果，德育教材的內(nèi)容還不是非常完善和貼近現(xiàn)實(shí)，如有些在學(xué)生當(dāng)中比較突出和尖銳的矛盾問題在教材中并未完全體現(xiàn)。在考核方式和教學(xué)模式上，教材的有些內(nèi)容也亟待調(diào)整和改善。 第三部分，論述當(dāng)今高職院校德育教學(xué)出現(xiàn)問題的成因。社會多樣化的發(fā)展導(dǎo)致高職高專學(xué)生產(chǎn)生各種思想風(fēng)潮，他們?nèi)松^、價值觀的多樣性使得德育教學(xué)內(nèi)容跟不上時代飛速發(fā)展的腳步，因此，德育教學(xué)的內(nèi)容和方式都必須與時俱進(jìn)。 第四部分，提出當(dāng)代高職院校德育教學(xué)改革的相關(guān)對策：首先是健全德育教學(xué)的管理機(jī)制，在高職高專院校形成全員教育、時時教育的格局，讓學(xué)生生活在一個處處講德育、時時講德育的健康環(huán)境中。其次是補(bǔ)充德育授課的內(nèi)容以完善和提高德育的授課效果，例如增加心理健康教育、大學(xué)生法制教育、情感教育、美學(xué)禮儀教育等內(nèi)容。改善德育的考核方式，力爭讓考核方式適合德育教學(xué)內(nèi)容，并且這種方式可以獲得學(xué)生的認(rèn)可，讓學(xué)生在德育考試中充分發(fā)揮自己的主觀能動性，體現(xiàn)出自己真實(shí)的德育水平。第三，完善教學(xué)方法，通過情景教學(xué)、多媒體教學(xué)、和訪談式教學(xué)提高教學(xué)效果，增加學(xué)生在課堂上的參與性，從而更好的提高德育的教學(xué)水平。 結(jié)語部分，闡釋德育改革的內(nèi)容要點(diǎn)，即增加德育教學(xué)內(nèi)容、改善德育教學(xué)方法對德育教學(xué)的影響，德育教學(xué)進(jìn)行內(nèi)容創(chuàng)新，可通過政治教育與研究社會熱點(diǎn)、難點(diǎn)問題相統(tǒng)一，思想教育與解決大學(xué)生心理困惑相統(tǒng)一，民族精神教育與大學(xué)生的個性發(fā)展相統(tǒng)一等途徑和方法。
[Abstract]:From the theoretical level , this is a cross - disciplinary study on Marxist theory pedagogy and education management . In addition to the introduction and conclusion , this paper is divided into four parts . The introduction part introduces the background and significance of topic selection , the present situation and developing trend of research and research at home and abroad , expounds the research thinking and research method , analyzes the research emphasis , research difficulties and innovation points of the subject . The first part introduces the historical investigation of moral education teaching , expounds the development course of moral education from feudal society to " modern moral education " and introduces the moral education construction in our country after the Third Plenary Session of the Eleventh Central Committee , and puts forward the moral education theory with the characteristics of the times to guide our country ' s moral education construction . In the second part , the author expounds the characteristics of moral education teaching content in higher vocational colleges . In our country , the moral education of higher vocational colleges is mainly by means of teaching . The content of moral education teaching material is relatively comprehensive . However , the content of moral education teaching material is not perfect and close to reality . The third part discusses the causes of the problems of moral education in higher vocational colleges . The development of social diversification has led to various ideological trends of higher vocational college students , their outlook on life and the diversity of values make moral education content not able to keep pace with the rapid development of the times . Therefore , the content and way of moral education teaching must keep pace with the times . The fourth part is to put forward the relevant countermeasures of the teaching reform of moral education in contemporary higher vocational colleges : first , to perfect the management mechanism of moral education teaching , to form the whole - member education in colleges and universities , to make students live in a healthy environment of moral education in time . Secondly , to improve the evaluation mode of moral education , to make students exert their own subjective initiative in moral education , and to improve the teaching effect through situational teaching , multi - media teaching , and interview teaching , and to increase the students ' participation in the classroom , thus to improve the teaching level of moral education . The conclusion part is to explain the main points of moral education reform , that is to increase the content of moral education , improve the teaching methods of moral education and the influence of moral education teaching , and to innovate the content of moral education .
